Leave a CommentThanks for all the useful information everyone - 9 calls over 7 days. And I'm on the do not call list. Isn't that a joke. For sure I won't be answering when this number comes up. As for taking 31 days, I have to wonder if BOM would be so patient if I owed them money.
These are the criminals who stole data from Epsilon, they should be traced and sent to jail by the government asap!
Very persistent unsolicited caller/telemarketer. I never answer
same exact thing happened with me, they usually called when I wasn't avail. today I was. I was offered the protection pkg. with the free credit report. They said they were representing BMO Mastercard and they were called sykes? or so****ing. They obviously knew I had a mastercard, they knew my full name and had my phone number which has been private for years. I immediately phoned BMO customer service who after quite awhile (speaking to managers) told me this was not authorized by them and put a note in my file. Where are they getting this list and shouldn't BMO mastercard be more concerned?unsatisfied customer
these criminals treat the public garbage because they get away with it. i am paying my taxes, what are the police doing? they should jail these criminals !
***** these motherf***##ers!
I am pretty sure these calls are scams... I just got another call from them. They wanted to sign me up for a BMO credit card (one I already have) If this REALLY was BMO, they would know that already.....Plus, the caller has an middle eastern accent and sounds like he's talking from a 'tin can'...Probably calling from overseas..
The keep asking for a man named John Earl... Seems fishy. Even after i removed my name from the calling list.
This number called my phone about once a week for a while before I picked up the call.It was Bank of Montreal sales trying to sell me an account protection package with a credit report, with an option to cancel without obligation after 30 days.No thanks. Calls like this make me want to cancel my BMO Mastercard.
This number called my home at least 15 times in about as many days before I finally picked up.This is a Bank of Montreal Travel and Medical Insurance sales and marketing call.Wanted to sell a $99 per year travel/medical insurance program to BMO Mastercard holders.Up to you if you want to take them up on their offer.I demanded to be removed from their list, which they immediately complied with, commenting that it would take as long as 31 days to percolate through their systems.
