Leave a CommentThey didn't call me, but i saw an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my account. The customer service "supervisor" had a terrible at***ude and said I had signed up for a magazine club. I tried to ask for another supervisor and she said she was the highest up on the ranks. She was very sassy and very rude. I am going to try to speak to someone who hires her.
Also, they will not give you the 3-4 others for free they end up charging your card 60 dollars a month for 15 monthes.
They call multiple times and when you finally answer, they subsequently know everything about you and offer you 3-4 free magazine subscriptions with 1 paid subscription. You give them your card number and they already know your address. They also offer a diamond watch. In a few weeks you recieve confirmation paperwork and the offer form for the watch. Do NOT give them your S.S. # never give that to anyone! but you will receive your magazines shortly there after. Also, it has been known that people who accept this offer cannot cancel it. It is not allowed- the company will tell you. Technically and legally speaking, a contract is not binding if it is only verbal/over the phone- so to cancel you'd have to get a lawyer. P.S. they are not affiliated with publishers clearing house!
