National Enterprise Systems. Collection agency run by Sallie Mae. Very persistent and rude. Repeated calls to workplace after requesting they remove that number. They'll tell you that there's 4 hours remaining to pay the loan before they refer it to lawyers. I'm still putting up with their rude behavior after a month.

NES is also being sued by the attorney general of OHIO.  You can file a complaint with that office at http://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/.  The more people who complain, the bigger the fines.  Maybe we can get them so fined that they lose their business license?  Complain to the FTC also.  Maybe between the feds and the state governments we can get them out of business.  Also the FTC is still taking comments until the end of November about new regulations for collection agencies.  You might have to search around to find where to leave a comment.

They are still calling everyday.  The lawyer said to do***ent the time and date of every call.  This lawyer has filed other suits a***nst this company and is considering a class action lawsuit.  I also filed a consumer opinion with the FTC to include in their recent "round table" discussion about collection agency regulations.  I suggested that robocalls that do not include the company name and true purpose of the call should be treated the same as telemarketing robocalls.  I also suggested that autodialers be either licensed or outlawed except for emergency organizations like police and fire.  If they had to manually dial every call, I doubt that they would bother.

That have called me everyday for the last 37 days with the "Bill Jones" prerecorded message.  I have contacted a law group about filing a class action lawsuit.  I have also sent a letter to the FTC and my state Attorney General.  Everyone contact by "Bill Jones" should do the same.  Don't call back.  Do not interact.  Make a recording of the prerecorded message if you can for proof.  I think that they are in violation of recent FTC regulations and the Fair Debt legislation.  For the FTC it is $16,000 per violation.  37 x $16,000 = $592,000 by my calculations.  If everyone of you filed a complaint for EACH call, I think the fines might run them out of business.

Since my last posting, Bill Jones has called EVERYDAY for the last month including Sat and Sun. If he thinks I'm going to respond, (raspberry sound). By the way, the Attorney General of West ******ia has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the citizens of his state a***nst this company. Good for him. I've complained to Jerry Brown of CA, but I guess he is too busy thinking about running for governor A***N!

NES is a debt collection company operating illegally.  They need to be shut down.  Don't talk to them, don't return their calls.  Write them a certified letter if you must but beware it might not work. Robocall from "Bill Jones" with no company name and 800-925-6141. If you google this number there are complaints all over the net on this company. They have violated so many state and federal laws, I don't know where to begin. They only use the phone because they don't want to involve the USPS to bring in the Feds. Really bad juju, man.

I keep getting phone calls from this same number, bill jones, urgent that I return the call.  Who is this?

I get calls at least once a day from Bill Jones, Steve Jones, National Enterprise Systems.  I have never answered these calls.  I hear they are bill collectors.  I have no outstanding bills, never have and do not use credit very often.  I have heard that they buy old lists from other companies and even if you have paid your bills, your name is still on the old list.  Do NOT answer these calls, do NOT call them back, do NOT try to explain anything to them all they want is your money whether you owe anyone or not and if you engage them they are encouraged and up their attempts to get money from you, they can be rude and intimidating.  Contact a lawyer if you are concerned, otherwise it is just an annoyance that you may have to ignore for a long time.

We have been getting these calls from Bill Jones now for about two weeks.  We just delete them.  We don't answer the phone--always let it go to the answering ma****e.  Maybe they'll eventually give up!  We can only hope!  We have no loans in default so we won't bother with returning their calls!

I got a call from my daughter today (shes 16 and lives with her dad) saying that there was a man on her home phone calling for me. She was frantic and saying in a desperate voice that the caller was going to do so****ing to me. He continued using this intimidating tactic to secure my phone number, so my daughter called me and asked me what to do. I told her to get the number from him while giving no other information. I was googling this number at the time.She was able to end the phone call and proceed off to work. 5 minutes later, they called back and her stepmom answered. They proceeded to ask for me (of course she told them I didnt live there) and when they couldnt get information from her, they asked to speak to my daughter.The stepmom replied she wasnt there and the caller said she was lying and became even more indignant. I have noooo idea who these people are, but I can****ure you that I never gave their number as a contact (as that is my ex-husbands house) nor did I call them from that number as the caller stated to my daughter on the first call.

This call/message was so bazaar (and****entially illegal) that we have to do***ent it:The message was from a Kevin McCoy who indicated that he had received a FedEx with "information" this morning and wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page. Kevin McCoy continued to indicate that he would be "downtown" tomorrow at 10:30 AM (03/25/09) but there were still options available and that he expected a phone call back at 800-925-6141 x1403.We downloaded this message off the answering system, took the person's name off that Kevin McCoy was looking for (wrong number) and let several people in the office listen to the message to get their reaction and opinion. They all agree that Kevin McCoy of National Enterprise Solutions was covertly passing himself off as an attorney or paralegal in the city or state that this roll-over phone number for our business is located. It was also brought to our attention from one lady that Kevin McCoy stumbled and sounded stressed through parts of the message, which generally indicates lying or undue stress with a situation.  We are turning this recording over to our legal department, and it will be their decision to forward Kevin's message on behalf of NAS our state and federal agencies.Beware!

called at 8:02 this morning from a Bill Jones about a matter that need resolution.  We do owe debt and filing banruptcy as this time.  If we all file complaints a***nst NES maybe those agencies who are suppose to look after the consumer will do their jobs and follow up on the complaints.

Nastiest people on the planet. Caller ID is always "Unknown Caller" and their messages do not identify the company name. In fact, their messages are ***ue and lead you to believe they are so****ing else. BEWARE. Do NOT give them your bank information. Google the number or name.... you'll get plenty of info on them.

What they like to do with me is they will call my cell once, maybe twice, them my husband's phone several times and my work several times! Today Kevin from NCO his extension is 1949, was extremely rude to MY BOSS when she informed him I could not receive personal calls at work. He had told her that she better not have "misrepresented herself as my boss in this legal matter." I almost lost my job, lets see them get any **** money if that happens. I told him I know I owe the money but I’m unemployed and don’t have any money to give them right now.  He insisted that I had money or a job; he wanted to know how I was paying for rent and my phone…  He said that they were going to find my****ets and garnish my wages.  He also said that I would have a fraud case filed a***nst me and that I would be going to court and I would have to pay filing fees, court costs, and attorney’s fees.  I’m ****ed!!!

x1114  Thereis a woman and a man harassing my grandmother and recently my sister!  They told my sister that SHE is involved in a lawsuit filed a***nst me in the City of ___ . I don't understand how it can be legal for them to call anyone they please and harass them, and I know it's illegal to disclose any information (bold face lies, or otherwise) to anyone other than the individual in question.  The client needs to hire a new company for their collections.  I have tried to work with them and they are simply obnoxious and vile.  People have mouths to feed, mortgages to save so they don't end up on the street.  Clearly if you had a good payment history they can see that you're not, as they put it, REFUSING TO PAY, you simply are unable to pay what they are asking.  I have set up payment plans with other debts and those are working out well.  These nasty**** people just want to f#&k up your day.

I received calls from them today at work.  The first call the guy was asking me to confirm my SS# (which I would not) and saying that they will be garnishing my wages if I do not work with them.  After ****ing up, he called back a***n insulting me.  When I asked his name or company name he would not give it.  Then, I received a third call (left a message) from a Kevin Johnson, 1-800-925-6141 extension 1319 saying that they were having phone problems when I was talking to the last person and that I need to call him back.

These people s****ed calling me today.  Funny...I put my number on the do not call list at FTC.gov last week, and now I get these calls.  I do have a credit collection agency calling me for someone that I have not even spoken with in over a year.  I am wondering if these people are one in the same.  Called at 8am

Keeps calling for a person who does not live at my home. Argues with me and threatens me that I must have the person they are calling call today. I have explained that I don't know where that person is or how to reach that person but I'm called a liar,etc and the calls continue numerous times a day.

They called my house and told my roommate they had a bench warrant out for my arrest. I immediately called the number (i have traffic ticket but it wasn't the due date but still called them just in case it was that.)It was Amy ***le ext 1219.She told me they were thinking of taking me to court and which would result in a bench warrant for my arrest. She had I had until the 23rd of May to pay 20% of my 5,000 debt. I offered payment arrangements and she said ok but couldn't guarantee they could stop the collection process but could postpone it. Then told me they only take payments from checking and savings accounts. I told her I don't have those, I have a direct deposity Visa debit card. (Hate bank accounts.) She then asked if I was in te****eck services for having a history of boun****g bad checks. Told her it was none of her business why I don't have a bank account.She then said, "Oh, I see you are from Texas, why don't you ask your family down there for the money."I told her my family was dead. Which is the truth.  She didn't respond too pleasantly with that. Even asked if my roommate could loan the money.I then told her if she couldn't take my debit card payment then there were no other options and I ***g up.

Also...The one CSR  from this company told me she was TAPING all conversations for proof of any information she obtained (yeah right) even tho I wasn't the one they were calling for --  so  to define all of your concerns on their "TAPING"  so to speak ... I would address any illegalities they are performing via conversation... let them know immeditaly  that this is the Nth time you have requested mailings from them ONLY and to STOP  calling several times a day.

Absolute bottom feeders 3rd party collection tactics....and illegal at that...I would never send a payment to this organization-- never a mailing to this house in anything under this name yet ***dreds of phone calls for a few months and never any concrete info.  I been receiving several phone calls a day  ( sometimes over 20) from this number coming in as unknown for months. They **** up most of the time if no one answers.  I have NEVER received a letter from them or know why they are calling. They claim they  are either an attorney or they have a settlement offer for today or have an arraignment date set up for next week for a specific person unless this person can "settle" on the p***ne by tonite.  When I tell this person respectfully who calls to send a certified letter to this "person" at the correct address with any original paperwork to support whatever procedures are to be taken... they **** up on me. Even with  courteous persistant requests ( I have never gotten into an altercation with any of them even though voice wise they are hostile )  to stop calling several times they still  continue. The person  on the other end never tells me the name of the company from where they are calling -- the reason I know it is this company is bc a   minute  or 2 before I receive a call from them  that I pick up...another call has already come in and voice mail will pick it up-- Bill Jones leaves a message to call no one specific  for a personal matter at this number at 1-800-925-6141 before he is about  to "render a decision". Since they do not get any info from me that they are phishing for they always just **** up on me when I ask them so****ing or offer advice about sending out a letter of verification certified. Wouldn't a legitimate collection agency do this to cover their tracks if they were really collecting a debt? Bottom line...who would ever trust to send  a company like this any  payment with these tactics everyone here is experiencing ?

The number to reach me at if you wish to do so is going to be 1-800-925-6141. The direct extension to my office is 1530. I repeat that number is 1-800-925-6141, office extension 1530. Thank you and good-bye."I suggest that anyone dealing with these people have their voice mail leave a message on your computer also. That gives you the recording you need to file a lawsuit, which is our next step.

Let me tell you I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB. They called here the other day 19 TIMES! I answered it one time and they asked for my boyfriend i said he was not home can i take a message and he ***g up on me. Then he called back the following day and i answered it, He said HATEFULLY my boyfriends first day and then ***g up. I am tired of this we took the phone off the hook last night because they would not stop calling!

We have received several phone calls over the past 2 months. My wife who has a disability is disturbed many times by this annoying individual. He keeps calling , asking for my sons telephone number. We do not anything about this company and who they represent. My son does not either. We are not not giving out telephone numbers to anyone we do not know. Is there a way to block this 800 number?

I have been getting calls from these people for 2 weeks now. They will call my home and cell phone 6 to 10 time a day each. They have threatened me that if I don't pay now, they'll have me in court next week. They scared me bad enough at first that I borrowed $2000.00 from my Mother and paid them a partial payment. Now mind you, my Mother was ill in the hospital with cancer at the time.Once I paid the $2000.00 they continued calling me demanding another $9000.00 immediately. I had informed them that the cell phone they were calling was not mine, but a family members. They continued to call it and spoke to my Aunt. They gave her all of my information, including how much debt I owed and and how I have not paid. They also threatened her that they would have me in court next week. They called her wanting to know where I was going to be so they could serve me, or so they said.My sister in law answered that same cell phone just yes****ay and informed them that we had spoken to the FTC and that we now have a copy of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and that they were harrassing me and that we know they have broken several laws from that act. She also told them that I was sending a letter of cease and desist (which you all SHOULD send), so they may as well stop the harrassment now. They haven't given me an account number or anything else either. I know I owe this debt. I have never denied that. If I had the $11000.00 to pay it right now like they insist I do, I'd have already paid it to the debtor, and I certainly would have never had to experience this harrassment.
