I received a text message from this number telling me my application was received, and that they have an account rep waiting for me. Please call back 800-928-3161 ext 1. They actually wanted me to reply HELP for help with them. I don't know who these people are, and have never applied with them.
Said they had got my application. I never applied for anything
Got a text from these guys saying that they recieved an application from us which we didnt apply for. They wanted me to call them back. I didnt because I didnt need a loan I simple texted back saying STOP and they haven't contact me since.
They are Paydayonline, you owe a debt w/them and they have been trying to contact you to help you get on a paymnet plan or settle your account. Call them, you barrowed the money, and you have to pay it back.
said they are officer ramirez calling regarding a legal matter. called my job.
I got a call on my cell phon from this number that I didn't recognize. I called them back and they identified themselves as "Pay Day Online." The person who answered said that "most likely" someone had applied for a loan with them and they were trying to validate my phone number, that I should not expect another call.
It is illegal for someone to pass themself off as an officer and an agent. They want you to beleive that they have some jurisdication in the state you live in and have the power to file charges a***nst you. This is a collection agency hired to collect on pay day loans. They harrassed my son for several months stating they were filing charges a***nst him in our county for defaulting on a payday loan. He checked with the County Courts and they had no records of any transaction. You have the right to ask them for their badge number as all "officers or investigators" have id #'s that can be verified. They will not have this information. My son filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and with the Better Business Bureau. The calls have stopped for now, but if they s**** up a***n, he fully intends to ensue further legal action a***nst this company
Caller said she was Officer Still calling regarding a legal matter
