Took $14.95 out of my account without my permission, completely not okay. I called the 1-800 number back and fussed someone out to get my refund.
My credit card was charged 19.95 on October 13, 2009. Luckily my credit card company, Bank of America, caught this and called me. (Thank you BOA!!!). The charge showed up as 'ASK 800-928-4104'. I don't remember getting an actual phone call nor did I try to call this TFN. I now have a new credit card and the $19.95 charge was adjusted on my account.
Charged my account $14.95 w/o permission, under the name of ASK 800-928-4104. When I called, the company was not identified and a recording asked for a sign- in number, then said "or hold for an available operator." I held for ten minutes, then ***g up. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE???
