Leave a CommentSame thing got the same message and I just googled that number. Under the results I got this web page and a listing for a Supplier of ****pathic medicine using that same phone number. Guess the scammers are running a number of scams using the same number. Wonder how the determine how to answer their phone line.
Can't this number be forwarded to authorities? Could they trace back who is doing this?
Received text message this morning. Called number but kept getting recording asking for 16 digit credit card number. Message said: customer issue: us bank service frozen please call at 8009302331. I don't have a us bank account.
My friend and I both got this text this morning 'customer issue us bank frozen'. Neither one of us banks with us bank, so I****ume it's a scam. So sad people are resorting to tactics such as this...
I spoke with US Bank. It's a scam, don't respond or call the number
It's a scam...I called US Bank this morning and they told me that this is not from their bank. They are trying to get your bank account number and other personal information.
Left text on cell to call --"customer issue, us bank service frozen. please call at 800 930 2331"I've had issues with the previous holder of my cell phone number. I've had this phone number for at least 4 mths and constantly get calls for him or texts. I had to opt for the unlimited texting because of this. But, that is another annoying issue.I would****ume that if anyone gets a text, such as the above, to NOT call and give any info. Banks would NEVER spam texts saying these things.I called, just out of curiosity and it kept telling me to enter my 16 digit card number, which of course I do not have, so I just hit 0 a bunch of times and it replayed itself. There is no operator to reach. It does not matter what numbers you enter, it will repeat the cycle. This is an obvious scam.
