this number called my cell phone 3 to 5 times a day, everyday...can't they stop!

picked up the phone and said*****o.  Silence.  Then said*****o a***n and a robotic voice said*****o.  I said*****o a***n to make sure and then the robotic voice said*****o.  So I swore at it and ***g up.Filed the usual DONOTCALL complaint.   Came here to find out it was a collection agency call.  Probably for a person who USED to have this # over 10 years ago.  Out come the Cease & Desist forms.....

They keep calling our business for a person that does not work here. I am paying me empoyees to work not be answering calls several times a day for no reason. We asked for them to stop and they where very,very rude and mean. I thought this was a***nst the Law. This must stop!

received 6 calls from them over the last two days. Never leaves a message. Unknown company. Quit calling this number, please.

If you get a call, you can do a couple of things: Call them back and tell them that the person does not reside at the residence Send them a letter to Cease and Desist trying to contact you if you do in fact owe the money. Keep track of the times they call you

Received two calls back to back within 5 minutes of each other. I picked the handset up the first time and put it back down without speaking. The second time I decided to play a game. I answered in a high-pitched voice sounding like a deaf elderly woman. I repeated*****o a couple of times for effect. The young man asked for Roland Webster and I advised him he had the wrong number. He thanked me and ***g up. Now, I just have to wait and see if the calls stop or continue only this time for someone else. I have no outstanding debts past or present and pay all of my bills on time. And most of the time, in full, so there is never a reason for a collection agency to call my home. I've had this number for 12 yrs but constantly get calls from people calling for people I don't know.

Calling two of my family members cell phones. Either **** up, or try to leave a message in Spanish.

This number has called more than once for my exhusband, I have been divorced for almost 11 years. I have remarried and all debt with my ex have been paid in full so this is not for me, how did they get my number and why? I am so frustrated and don't want them calling my house!!!!

This number calls several times a day, for the last 3-4 weeks. Always silence, never says anything. VERY annoying! I've turned them in to the Do Not Call list. The AG is next.

Someone called me from 800-932-5620, looking for information on my brother-in-law's adult daughter from a previous marriage. The individual they are looking for lives in another state and does not even know my phone number or address. They have also contacted three other people in my immediate family, who are also unrelated to this person!

1. They did not identify themselves or why they were calling. 2. Immediately they began asking questions about a person who does not live at my address and is not a relative. 3. I asked point blank 2 times whether they were going to identify who they were and they would not, yet I could tell they were still on the line. I ***g up first.

They immediately ***g up after calling... they always call in the evenings and especially on SUNDAYS! They just called me at 6:23pm!!! on a sunday... This is very frustrating and annoying and when I answered they (w***ver it was) ***g up!

The caller calls a few times each day and never says a word, when I answer the call there is ***ody on the other end. the caller then ****s up. I am not given a chance to find out who they are or what they want....They are very annoying calls when you are waiting for an important call and it's just this prank/tellemarketing/unknown caller!

They keep calling my work number despite being told repeatedly to stop. They are in violation of the FDCPA and I filed a complaint with the attorney general. I suggest you do the same.

A gentleman had called from this number looking for a person I do not know. When I told them that they had the wrong number, the gentleman became upset and kept asking me if I had spoken to someone from that office this past week. I told him that many people had been calling me this week looking for that person, and that I am not that person. He then became more upset and said, "Well then WE WILL DO A FORMAL INVESTIGATION!" I told him to please stop calling me and that he would be right to follow with an investigation on his end, since I am not the person he is looking for. He get more upset and yelled at me saying that he "...will get to the bottom of this and will do a formal investigation." Then yelled at me to have "...a good day MA'AM!!".

Constant calls, at least three times a day. Oh wait, four times. They just called a***n while writing the complaint. Not sure, how to stop these calls.

Call several times and give the same number for me to call back but the number can not be called back. I want it to stop.

Keep calling and telling me they have a "matter" to discuss, I don't know these guys. I never answer a number I'm not familiar with and if they can't tell me who they are I will NEVER call them back.

they call at all hours no one responds when you answer the call and they never leave a msg

They call everyday asking for somebody who I don't know... I tell them that and they say they can't take me off their list untilt this person calls them back... how is that supposed to happen when I don't know who this person is?

this is a collection agency apparently for capital one and maybe some other comapnise. their website is msrassociates.com you can contact them and hopefully have your number removed.

I have been getting calls from this and very similar numbers for weeks. Phone rang just after 8 am this morning on my day off!. The one time I answered the phone, they could not tell me who they were looking for, but they tried to get some identifying info from me. This needs to stop, NOW!

this number calls me ALL the time, its gotten to the point where i have turned the volume off on my house phone. they are driving me crazy!

Collection agency is using obsolete and/or completely inaccurate information to try to track a deadbeat debt. The debtors probably filed bogus information in the first place, because I have had the same phone number for two years, and the previous owners were Spanish speaking people (I could tell from the callers voices).

MRS****ociates calls my phone constantly, three times so far today alone, despite that I called them this AM and told them not to call my number ever a***n. They even have my phone number linked to another persons name

Calls and wakes me up on a Sa****ay morning with an automated message that says "Please hold for an important call". I hold and after about a minute I heard a click, and the call is dead.

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks now. Every time I call it back it would always say they were closed to call back during business hours, except I was calling during those hours. Today was the first time they actually left a message on my voice mail however it was automated and s****ed recording as my message was playing so I only got half of the message and it didn't include a phone number. UGH! So I decided to try and call the number back one last time and actually got a human on the phone...shocking I know! They were looking for some guy I have never heard of. I told the man that this was a new number for me (only about 4 months old) and that I did not know this person to please remove me from the call list because I was tired of being woke up in the mornings. He****ured me he was doing it as we spoke and by the time we got off the phone he said it was taken care of. We shall see. I have made records of their calls. If they continue I take further action.

These people call me everyday somtimes 2 &3 times aday. I want it to stop.

Continuous calls from 8 am to night-we don't even know who they are, what they want, and the calls seem to come right after or while we are on another call. We never pick up the phone on these.
