Leave a Commenttelling me to reactivate credit card with Lakeland Bank even though do not have one there
After several calls each day, day after day I called the 800# to see who it was and why they felt the need to call several times a day and **** up once answering ma****ed picked up. It was a recording I listened to and went thru the whole process of getting their "Do Not Call" list and added myself. The very next day I had 3 calls on my phone from them. Next step if it continues will to once a***n look up Chase bank's direct main phone number and complain to them.
First call from this number on my cell phone today. Previously there have been several calls from this number on my home phone. My home phone CID reports "Chase." There have been no messages.
been recieving calls fromthis number for weeks and no messages left.
call in and don't say anything
CALLED FOR OWNER... WOULD NOT LEAVE INFORMATION. WHEN ASKED "WHO IS CALLING" THEY ***G UP.
I continuously recieve calls from chase. At least once per day the number listed calls and occasionally somone is on the other line, but not often. When somone is there they offer credit card insurance. We politly ask them to stop calling and we are not interested. We have called the number back, but an automatic recording airs requesting you to call a different number. This process has gone on for months now and our number has been recently listed on the national do not call registry, and has been added to the companies do not call registry when the calls first began. I have registered a***n with the companies do not call registry.
I got a call from 800-933-6004 when I had my house phone forwarded to my cell phone, so I don't know which number they actually dialed. In any case, I answered it and they asked for my "EX" husband, whose finances have been completely severed from mine. I said they had wrong # and she (Indian lady) said "thank you" and ***g up.
this number calls my house somany times per day it is ridiculous
I get calls from 1-800-933 6004 constantly on my cellphone. sometimes they speak in Spanish or some other foreign language. This teeds me off because I have a pay-as-you-go phone and it is eating up my minutes. One time they called at 2:30AM! this is ridiculous!!!
Caller ID said "unavailable," but caller left no message on answering ma****e. If caller is really Chase, they should leave message for callback. I'm a Chase customer, but I suspect this is unwelcome telemarketing or a scam without any message to respond to.
First call from this number that I can remember; 7:30 pm. "Out of Area." I do not answer 800 calls. I am on NDNC list or any unidentifiable calls not shown on Caller ID
this number is on the do not call list . Please do not call thank you....
The 2 calls I have gotten have said they were with Chase rsegarding a Chase protection plan. the caller ID is "Not Provided" - have had this happen before under other bank names. Now that it has happened twice, I just will not answer the phone until they give up. It is a scam.
Chase telemarketer on credit protection keeps calling
Keeps calling and calling and calling. I don't bother to answer.
calls 3-4 times a day, no messages are left.
This organization calls two to three times a day and never leaves a message.
Chase credit card telemarketer
Selling chase insurance
please make them stop harrasing me
Chase, I do not do any business with them nor do I want to!!
Wants to sell iden***y theft protection. I've told them numerous times I already have protection with another company, but they still continue to call even when I asked to be removed from their list.
Keeps calling. We never answer.
I keep getting these calls from 8009336004. If I answer it will say that they are calling from Chase and to please call them back, at another number. I have never had any type of account with Chase and do not wish to have one now or ever. I thought the do not call registry was suppose to stop these telemarketing calls.
The phone rings three times and then it stops. This happens three, four times a day.
these people call me everyday from 7am to 9pm about 8-9times a day i also have Chase Auto Loan but this is getting to be ridiculous
This company is rude and calls way too much. If they are trying to get us to get a credit card or so****ing, I had rather receive it in the mail then have the marketers call way too much on the phone say what they are calling especially if it is advertizing or selling so****ing. I can see it now we are not covered when we are on the do not call list we probably got added to every company in the world than coverage. This is such a shame!
****ESE GUY IS RUDE AND CALLS ALL THE TIME i AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST
My phone number is on the Do Not Call List.
Won't stop calling!
Well these people are calling us and NO we don't have anything to do with Chase. I have been nice telling them that we are on the do not call list. But, they caught me last night in a bad mood and I blew a bull horn in the phone. I hope the person on the other end liked it. Hopefully now the won't call here no more. Yes I also did report them.
Won't stop calling.
well we moved to a new state and so our old home phone is forwarded to my cell for the time being.I get a lot of weird calls (so glad I am moving and these calls will stop) and ironically they are all for my husband. We or I mean HE has a chase auto loan but no other account. I do have a chase credit card in my name only. They keep asking him to open up a checking savings or what ever type of account.I am sure this is chase then that keeps calling. When our home sale is finalized, we will be paying off the auto loan so they will never get our new number! yay! I just keep telling them that he is no longer at this number. They just keep calling. granted I am profiling here a bit. If a foreign accent and lots of background noise, I give them the run around. Now if I could just get the Republican 527 groups to stop calling us....It certainly tells me to not do further business with them.
I don't want this solicitation calls for any reason whatsoever!
identifies the caller as unknown and I don't answer it. However, I am getting tired of receiving the calls, If they would like to talk to me why don't they just leave me a message. I wish they would stop bothering people.
Phone number is 8009336004. They call several times and don't even have the courtesy to leave a message. If it's so important that they call as much as they do, why don't they leave a message so I can call back.
They usually call at least 3 times per evening. The phone ring identifies the caller as unknown and I don't answer it. However, I am getting tired of receiving the calls and would like for them to cease!
call all hours of day and night. no one there when you answer the phone.
1:10 p.m. I received a phone call from an "UNAVAILABLE" on my home phone, but the number came up. It was 800-933-6004 and when I tried to look it up through the web, I could not find this number without paying a price for it. Why should I pay for looking up a company that is calling me and my home phone only states UNAVAILABLE. This tells me that there is so****ing wrong with this company/business that they will not display who they are even if they are on the DO NOT CALL LIST FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!!!!! I did not call them back!
calls serval times per day-I do not answer and I pay for an unlisted number
Has called my home and my cell phone frequently (I have a Chase auto loan) offering "loan protection immunity." I have ***g up every time they have called, and also recently added my name to their do not call list. This must STOP as I don't trust what this supposed Chase representative is offering!
Calls our home many times a day. Would like for it to STOP
They call upto 3 times a day and I actually answer to get them to stop, but the line just ****s up.
I get a call daily from this number and no one is ever there. I've gotten to the point sometimes I don't even answer. It's annoying to have to deal with this when I'm on the phone with legitimate customers.
They call day and night, weekends AND holidays. Noone is ever there when you answer!!
They call atleast once a day, no message. Finally I called the number back to find out who it was, It said Chase, but I couldn't get to a person. I called the number on the back of my Chase card, and they verified that this is NOT one of their numbers. This is a FRAUD chase number! do not tell them anything!
I got a call from these people and they offered a chase professional mastercard. So I called Chase @ the number on the back of my Chase card and they said this was a valid Chase number and asked me if I wanted to apply for the card a***n.
I am not sure if this is good or bad, but it should clearly be traceable to it's source.
They call day and night, weekends AND holidays. Noone is ever there when you answer!
i dont want them calling....i work at night and try to sleep during the day
No one is ever there when you answer.
They call 2 or 3 times a day, but no one is ever there when I answer.
They call at least once a day selling credit card insurance. I bloked them though.
I forgot. Don't complain to do not call list. Complain to Attorney General of your state, and Federal trade Commission. Gurantee calls will stop then. Now about that car you were going to finance thru Chase,,,,,,,,,,,,,Try yahoo, or Google search Chase Bank Manilla, or Chase Bank Phillipines!!!
Chase, in both their collection dept and marketing depts, has consistantly violated laws. In marketing there is a do not call from 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. same thing in collections. Last time I checked, in collections they were limited to two contacts in a week, (they don't control their auto dialers, let them re call nums, when they have called all the nums in the cue) and and call perceived by the caller as harassment is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and all you have to do is send that in writing to customer service in writing. The large finance ins***utions and many of the large American Corp's are *****ing themselves in the foot, sending Anerican jobs overseas. They have encountered cultural problems, when a female manager gives orders to a manager in India, but the culture in the foreign countries does not allow the men to take orders from a woman, and the will sabatouge the direction. They are also *****ing themselves in the foot, because by sending these jobs overseas, account holders, have never recovered the layoffs, and delinquencies are at an all time high,,,,,,,,,partly because of outsourceing. Greed, selfishness, execs. like to travel, and,,,,,,delnqunt accts!!!!!!! American jobs for Americans. Oh, by the way, Chase is building a new auto finance center in the Philipines, don't be late on a car payment!!!!!! Manilla calling!!!!!!!
1800-933-6004 has called me 5 times a day for the 10 days. I have asked them to stop and they are relentless. I have even added myself to THEIR do not call, no c****e...
Continuous calls everyday--5 to 10 minutes apart. Plus this isn't the only number that Chase is calling me from--there are more!
Call continuously and there is never anyone on the line when I answer
frequent calls from this number, then they **** up when i answer. i have NO connections, loans etc from CHASE ANYTHING!!!!
I have reported these *****s to the Do Not Call site no less than 20 times since I moved to IL. It's not even close to the amount of times I've received calls either. Maybe three times more where I wasn't on-line or remembered to file a complaint. May I ask, what the***** good does it do to send a complaint? I'm guessing nothing. The DNC list does nothing, talking to the ignorant Chase people do nothing, being rude does nothing, ****ing up on them does nothing and not picking up the number does nothing. C'mon. Someone at the DNC.gov offices has to have enough ammo to sue or fine these idiots.
if you call the number 800-933-6004 it does say chase and after several messages it gives you the opportunity to register your phone number on their do not call registry. i did this today 5/8/08. now let's see what happens.

Out of area
don't know. they have been calling for a month. If my caller ID does not identify, I do not answer
I am on do not call list
no answer, no message calls all the time
They say their from Chase Credit Card company. They try to get you to disclose your account number to make sure they have the right person. Then they want to sell you credit card insurance. Chase Corporation has no knowledge of this and doesn't have the number in their database. Beware
We got this call today, and let the guy go through his whole schtick, to find out how much he knew about us. The facts: 1) He said he was from Chase and wanted to offer some kind of fraud prevention service; 2) He spoke very unclearly, and rambled on for a very long time in a confusing manner; 3) He claimed he would be mailing us information, although at another point in the call he said the program was "so new" there was nothing to mail yet; 4)He knew we had recently opened a Chase VISA card (though this might just be a lucky guess); 5) He knew our home address; 6) He knew our last name, though he had it spelled incorrectly; and 7) He said he would need to confirm the last 4 digits of our card number. I do not know if he had these digits already. When I s****ed challenging him, saying he should know all of this already, he wished me a good day and ***g up. This is clearly a scam, in our opinion.
When phone is answered; no one is on the line. I receive numerous calls from this number.
I get a call once a day. Don't answer when I see the caller ID. They don't leave a message. I'd love to try the *60 but I'll bet Verizon charges me for that, no? They love to add charges to your phone bill!
This 800-933-6004 nuisance has been calling my phone night and day for a month. I have finally wised up and blocked their call. Cable and privitized phone companies have a service called call screening. For cable company customers lift receiver, get a dial tone, dial *60. This enables the caller screening. Use voice prompt 2. Enter the number that you want blocked (in this case it would NOT work if I added a 1 prefix) After entering 800-933-6004 hit the # key. You will NOT receive any more phone calls from that number. Contact your phone service for your call screening code if *60 doesn't work for your service. This service works for any number that you do not want to call your house. The caller will hear that the number they dialed (your number) is not accepting calls at this time. Let them keep trying. Maybe if we all block them they'll eventually get the hint.
An Indian sounding woman asked for me by name and gave me a spiel about a new Chase business credit card. I told her that I was flat broke and they wouldn't issue me a card if I wanted one. I asked that I be taken off their calling list and she said that the request could take up to 30 days and I may still get some calls from Chase during that time. She politely apologized for bothering me and thanked me for my time.
Too many calls to complain about--day after day, maybe one if I hit the jackpot or two.
The above information was correct and very helpful! We have been getting calls from 800-933-6004 for some time and could not get any information. We knew it was probably automated and we were s****ing to get calls with no message left from this number.I used the Do Not Call number 1-800-945-9470 for that department and will see if in 30 days they desist in bugging us!!I wish I knew how the person who posted here got THAT number! But I give a big thanks!!!
Unknown caller
I get a call from this number at least once a day. I don't answer it, and they don't leave a message. My number is on the DO NOT CALL list though. It is really annoying.
I called Chase Banks Fraud department it is a valid Chase number. They said call their do not call list it is 1-800-945-9470... stay on line until you get a conformation number. It will take 30 days
No new news here.........It's a marketing call from Chase.Answer the call and request they never call your number a***n.They have to remove you from their call list.At the same time file a complaint with the National Do NotCall Registry!
I received a call yes****ay from a woman claiming she was calling from Chase Auto Loans. She asked to speak to my husband (loan is in his name, however, my husband added me to the account as an authorized third party). I told her I was on the account but she said there was no record of this. She called a***n this evening (8:01p). We went through the same thing a***n. I called Chase at the number on our account, who told me there was no reason anyone should be calling us. I gave him the phone number they called from and apparently they are going to check things out. I'm just waiting for another call.
