Go online to view your account activity. Someone earlier indicated the number provided was mobile banking support #wrong - the mobile banking support is 1-800-432-1000. Called BOA - nothing had changed on my account.

I work for Bank of America and can confirm that this number is correct. It is our direct line to online banking support. However if you are more comfortable you can dial the number on the back of your debt card or credit card answer a few prompts and get to the same place.
