Here's the deal....its all a scam. All the company names. I traced info to a company called LB Pride Studios Limited in Durham, Great Britain. These people are very good at covering who they are. I also found that the company that hosts the websites is also the owner of all those websites. Moniker Online Services is a fraud. So are all the names of the companies****ociated with this phone number. You are not calling within the US. They are getting your info from thousands of websites that were created to steal your money. They appear as a legitimate site that piggy backs other sites. Always dispute with the bank and file an online report with the FBI. Even if they are out of the country the FBI can work with other law enforcement agencies like interpool to track down criminals. I hope this helps people.

Apparently these scammers somehow signed me up for allnetworkpass.com and allelitepass.com.  I'm guessing my info was bought from some other sketch site I may have signed up on for a month.  Or perhaps it's the same business.  They used the same username and password across both sites.  Usernames and passwords that I typically use for such sites.  My charges were $37.30 and $36.10.Eventually I found a number where they offered chargebacks in 7 - 10 business days.  I also disputed the charges with my bank.I think someone needs to s**** a class action a***nst these guys.  Tough to get a hold of, and they know they're running a scam.  They're quite willing to refund you - or at least tell you they're doing so - quickly.  Probably because they don't want to catch any extra heat.

I got 4 charges from this scammer add up to 85.33 on my Visa statement.  I called the 1-800 # and was told that the charges would be reversed.  I'll wait and see.  Meantime, I have advised my credit card company about the unauthorized charges and have deducted it from my payment.

I was trying what I thought was a trial for a software download site - megadownloadpass.com.  Next thing I knew all these ****o pictures were coming up on the screen and I canceled immediately.  The software download never worked either. Now I discovered I have been charged $39.73 a month.  I traced the charges to Jettis International which is a credit card processing site and they had a cancellation form to cancel out any future charges, but I've already been charged nearly $120.  I know, I should be more alert.

I tried to cancelled, ot sure if it will happen. They should be prepared to face legal consequences if they dun.

This number turned up on my credit card after I paid $4.99 to download some old software no longer available elsewhere. The software then would not download, and I was charged $39.73 + $39.73 + $9.82

I agreed to pay $4.87 for a worthless three day download pass on 9/15/08. This was paid to Heather 1 according to my bank statement. On the same day $1.00 was paid to VIDPASS and $1.00 to AVNTWK without my permission. Then on 9/18/08 $39.73 was paid to Heather 1, $39.73 to VIDPASS and $9.82 to AVNTWK. These were all unauthorized charges except for the original $4.87. 1-800-934-1875 was the only other information on my bank statement. I called that number and talked to someone on an almost unintelligible phone. I was told that I would get a refund in 6-10 days (I think). I said that if I didn't I next would be contacting my state attorney general. I don't know if that will help, but I guess it's worth a try.

This SAME thing happened to me. They are completely illegal and will get what's coming to them. Imagine the amount of money they must be making. What goes around comes around. Got the fraud form BayDownloads.com... seems to fake you into thinking you are still on the same website but takes you to other sites and you click 'ok' but you are actually signing up for lots of other sites!! TOTALLY ILLEGAL!!

I am being billed for the past 4 months since June 2008 on my credit card. I have never ever used your services, and absolutely legally ask you/company for a refund.

Got the same thing, signed up for 4.87 and instead of getting confirmation email I got a **** membership! By the time I cancelled my card I had a charge for $41+(Aus) and 2 phone things I never did! Am disputing through the card company but don't expect a miracle.

i was trying to download a solution manual, got scammed, all together i have been charged $110. Wells Fargo is working on the fraud case.

P.S the reason for you all getting scammed is roughly as follows: You've tried to download so****ing from a website. What you're looking for appears in the sites search engine. You join up to the site thinking a small one-off fee is all that will be taken from your account and you can download what you've been looking for. On giving your card payment details you are AUTOMATICALLY signed up to multiple other sites with monthly charge rates (usually ****) without you knowing. Within a few days you may be charged up to £100. Even after paying these fees, when you go back to the website to download the file that was there when you searched for it earlier, it has suddenly disappeared no longer there. It is a scam. The website comes up with results for WHATEVER you look for (try typing in yhagsyfwftry, or any nonsense, and it will still claim to have that file on it's database) to get you to join. As the company is based in Singapore and many of the companies various different contact addresses/numbers don't work, it's extremely difficult and time-consuming to go directly to them. Your FIRST port of call should be your CARD COMPANY and/or AUTHORITIES. Sorry this has happened to you all. If you search on the internet about this you are by no means the only ones.

You need to cancel your credit cards. My partner recently got scammed by the same people as you all. Others seem to have varying degrees of luck going directly to the "company" responsible, so the only way to be 100% sure the charges don't come out every month (and believe me they WILL) is to get a new card with DIFFERENT numbers. Hope that's of help to someone out there. Hate scammers like these lot, get a proper job !

Every month (6 times) about $40 from my credit card. Probably is my number scammed by a ****-site. Got a new card.

I did the same as below, tried looking for sof****e and found downloadnova.com. tried to cancel but it didnt register at any of the places it said. even though it said the payment was a one off membership payment. but when it went through it was a **** site.

they have many names like atmbbes, avntwk, rppass and many more well I contacted them and they are losers, they can't refund anything, and they didn't have a record of a $29.21 charge but the bill said that it was from them, thw 247chatsupport.com was dumb too, well sear****g the internet for this number I found a site ****members.com and called there billing support which was 1 866 336 9480 it was a good number since the person found all the charges and had no problem refunding it to me, so if its an unknown company with weird people and weird charges you should try this billing company since they share the same records and are easier to talk to

they have taken 4 payments in 2 days of around £3 each. The only way to stop is to cancel your card as it states 'card payment to' its fraud as far as i am aware

a trader who identifies itself as "CFTOURS" telephone number 1800 934 1875 has been frauduently billing my credit card with these details for the last 3 months. I do not know who this is and wish to contact them.

Scammers. Several (fake) company names registered at the same phone number. They usually take amount of 40$ from your account. If this happened to you, immidiately block your credit card until it itsn't too late !
