Calls constantly even on Sundays. ****s up before the answering ma****e picks up.

Calls every day,  never leaves message.I'm on the do not call list.

I get a call from this number almost every day.  At one time my son must have been signed up, not by me, to Highlights for Children.  Then after a while come the bills.  I got irritated and called, told them I didn't like the way they did business and I wanted my account closed.  I paid for the magazines we received.  A few months go by and I guess we s****ed receiving a different children's magazine.  After receiving it for three or four months, I get an invoice.  I call and, guess what, it's Highlights a***n.  I told them I didn't order this magazine and this time I am NOT paying for it.  I told them to take me off the list.  She promised she would.  The calls kept coming.  I went on-line to Highlights and wrote to them I didn't want their magazine and I won't pay for it and I want the phone calls to stop.  She promised me they would.  They haven't.  I still get them almost every night, maybe every other.

Sick of these people calling my house over and over and over!

Just went to highlights.com and clicked on communications tab. There is an opt out screen and it will take 30 days to stop phone calls. Getting several a day and I do not subscribe! I will be calling to confirm tomorrow.

Trying to sell me magazine I did not ask for or want..

I'm on the do not call list but keep getting this type of calls. Why can't the Gov. do so****ing to stop the harrassment.

Highlights magazine.  Went on the website, go to Customer Service, click on C****e Communication preferences.  Able to opt out of ALL types of communication.

Highlights For Children just called and only an automated message left on my answering ma****e. Tried to call them back to tell them to take my number off their list as we have no young children in our home. Only got an automated response that the corporate office was now closed to call between 8 to 5:30 PM. It is past 6:30 here so why did they just call me. Calling every day for past week.

Just called and didn't leave a message. I have never ordered magazines, so I would not know why they would be calling me. By the way its Thursday at 6:23pm. And my cell rang 2 seconds after the house phone stopped (when the ma****e answered I heard a dial tone). The number on my cell is a number that I have complained about here before. I also receive calls from this number which I do not answer....I am glad to find out where it came from.....I am not reordering this magazine for one of my grandchildren..and have been a subscriber for many years......Is there somewhere we can call to report these minacing calls.

This caller, presumably a telemarketer, calls twice a day and never leaves a message on our recorder. I answered once and asked the name of the company calling, at which the caller ***g up. With caller ID I will no longer answer. I would like to get this caller out of business!

We get a phone call from this number at least 3 times per day.  They never leave a message.  We too are highlights subscribers but I NEVER buy anything from an unsolicited call.  I'm sick and tired of being subjected to solicitation in my own home because I subscribe to a magazine.  Do they really think that just because you subscribe to their rag, you're going to be eager to buy whatever junk of the day they are hawking?

After a week of getting up to 4 calls in one day it makes a person want to disconnect his phone service. Do not call list....what a joke!

Hey everyone, thanks for the info about this 800 number, until I read this message board I did not know who this # was!! I too am a Highlights subscriber. I guess that the 3 year subscription I am currently enrolled in is just not enough for them... they want more!  The life that we all lead is very busy and we are lucky if our children even have the time to look at one Highlight magazine, let alone a second or 3rd!  I wish Marketing would just go away from: Highlights, AT & T, Allstate Roadside****istant! I hope they all get paid well because they are just wasting their time with a career in Marketing Phone sales!  I would never even apply for a job like that... seriously!

They call at least daily. I cancelled Highlights months ago. I went on the website and had my name taken off. This is crazy that they have to call after I said I wasn't renewing.

Highlights Magazine

Hello folks, we are on the no call list and somehow these *****s still choose to call my house at least three times a day. Do they realize the are violating the law? I hope so because if the FTC finds out they are in for some hefty fines.

MANY CALLS DURING PAST SEVERAL DAYS BUT NO IDENTIFICATION OTHER THAN NUMBER ON  CALLER ID AND NO MESSAGE ON ANSWERING MA****E . THREE CALLS TODAY BUT NOW THEY ARE ****ING UP AFTER THREE RINGS AND BEFOER THE MA****E PICKS IT UP. WE ARE A HIGHLIGHTS SUBSCRIBER.

Who are these people?

They just called me saying they were from Highlights Magazine and wanted to send me a math book and to know if we had kids under the ages of 12. I said yes, thinking nothing of it since we do get Highlights Magazine, but I said I don't commit to anything over the phone, and they ***g up.

Anyone know who this is?  They call 3 times a day with no message.
