I received a charge of $124.65 on my credit card from T-Mobile Post Paid Web & this phone #. Im disputing the charge.

she had an Asian accent. said she was from “T-Mobile order verification and im calling to confirm IF you happen to place order in T-Mobile. also this person has hacked accts and taken money

the same woman answers and uses a diffent name everytime. i originate by calling 611 for tmobile and this number calls back not being able to answer any questions or take action for any requests. .

I was on a on a chat with T-Mobile in my app on my phone and got a phone call from this number stating your T-Mobile's customer support when checking it's under the name of Linda ly

This number wanted me to call another number because of charges in Thailand.

I'm not a TMobile user and I've had my number for the past 12 years so I seriously doubt the recycled number explanation.

Its supposely T-Mobile but question is,why? Im from At&T so why call me when im not using their service.

I actually work for T-Mobile customer care, and in regards to people being called that don't have the service, your phone number may have belonged to someone else at the time, all companies recycle numbers so when they get ported in and out of other subscribers you may wind up with an old T-Mobile number. Also your number could have been someone's old landline number and it may have been used as a can be reached number for someone that ditched out on a bill.

This is T-Mobile Customer Care. Remember, even if you are not a TMO subscriber, you may have a recycled number!

I got a call from this number, it is T-MOBILE.  When you call them you have the option of leaving your number for them to call you back.  This is what it is.

I called T-Mobile's Customer Care line (611 on my T-Mobile phone) last night to ask a question about my new phone.I received a recording saying that instead of waiting on the phone for the next operator, I could have them call me back when it was my turn.This number is the number that they called me back from.  Solved my problem, voila!

TMOBILE is the # that this belongs to.This is the # you call them with from a regular phone so that you have your cell phone in hand to try to fix it while they are on the other line with you.

If you get a call asking for someone who is not you, give the rep your num. The can see all of the old delinquent collection accounts with your number listed as a contact and they will remove it. Also all calls that leave a call center show the customer service main number. Even if it is just some dude on his lunch break using the break phone to order pizza. Probably just a wrong number being dialed.

I had an issue where I received what I thought was a bill from them. Since I never had Tmobile I called them and they said that they bought out Sun-Com which I did have and it was for a phone I had had 6 years agao! Anyway, the "bill" was actually a credit and they are sending a check! Go figure!

I called the number and even T-Mobile don't know what the call was about - apparently it is their customer servcie number!

This phone number showed up on our business cell/radio phone usage as "Toll Free Call" with 32 minutes listed on our bill.  I have no idea how this is getting through.  Our worker had nothing to do with this call and said he did not take this call.
