Glen****ociates is a very rude company.I finally spoke to someone after getting automated voices and elevator music every time I picked up.This is definitely a debt collector. I have a bill that was apparently sent to them from an account that *I* closed myself and that had a zero balance when I closed it. I have not received anything in the mail as of yet from this company and when I finally spoke to someone it is because they had the complete wrong number on it.They are rude and take everything you say and "update your account" with only half of what you say. I will be reporting this company every where that I can. Had I received anything in the mail from them I would have been able to respond to not only them but sent proof that I dont owe on this account... But instead they s****ed off the phone call with how can we set up payment. I said I would need proof in the mail that this is who they are because I dont want to set up a payment with a company that has had no other contact with me. I requested he mail me a letter that he is legally allowed to mail, and the man said "Ok so I will update your account with you refuse to pay". I said I didnt say that I want a letter showing who you are and exactly what account I apparently owe on. Come to find out maybe he shouldnt have had such an at***ude because they didnt even have the right number.Little do they know I had it recording once I found out who it was, and they did handle my phone call illegally.Guess what Glen****ociates .... big words dont scare me because I know what they mean and I know what you can legally do. Why don't you stop talking to everyone like they are low life s*** and actually handle people with respect until they give you a reason not to. OH and before you s**** saying that I should have already heard from them, why dont you make sure you have the correct information on someone. OK? THANKS! Learn to be civil and maybe you'd actually get more money and have a better day at work.

HARRASSING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER

Said it was someone by the name of Allen Keys

I have been getting calls from this number for several months now... I can count on one EVERY Monday morning, and then several more random times throughout the week.  There is always a voicemail... same guy's voice saying "Hello, this is Vic.  I need you to help me resolve an important business matter.  Your reference number is blah blah blah..."Considering this comes in on my EMPLOYER's cell phone, I'm not about to call this number back.  I have it marked as "telescam" in my contact list so that shows up on the screen whenever the call comes in.

I got a call from a "Beverly Jackson" as well, with a reference number. I think I do have two old pending collections for very small amounts, and ideally I'd like to pay them, but if this is a scam and has nothing to do with this then I don't think I want to deal with them.

Sue Walsh, x 211 called my direct line stating that one of my staff people, she stated their name, needed to call her. I called her back, got her voice mail and left message that the entire company has been notified that this is a scam and not to respond. To note, a person from this same number called my home over and over last year ( I did not answer because I did not recognize the number). I looked the number up on google and saw all the comments about it being a scam. When I got so tired of the constant phone calls, at all hours of the morning and into the evening, for days on end literally, I answered the phone. The lady was very rude, condenscending and I told her that I new this was a scam and to stop calling.   I have not heard back since.

This Beverly lady keeps calling leaving mean messages.  She sounds like she is about to jump through the phone and **** me because I don't answer her calls.

Said they were a collection agency from MD. Wanted my daughters phone number. Would not give me any info. Spoke to a woman by the name of Sue Walsh.

I keep getting and automated call from Beverly Jackson. I just let the ma****e answer.
