This is a SPAM call. The caller claimed to be from Entergy advising the account was past due and the tech was on the way to turn the service off if I did not agree to pay. The caller told me they would call the tech and stop the disconnect if I agreed to go to Walgreens to send the money. He was rushing me saying he had other callers and would disconnect the call. He was foreign!!! He told me he would call me back in 5 minutes to give me more instructions. By that time, I had spoken with an Entergy Representative and viewed the account online. The account was current!!!! Entergy told me it was a spam call and that they would never call to say they were on their way to disconnect a service!!!!
