They are a Third Party for handling business accounts. Extremely Rude. Cancel your gym membership and they will tell you that they never received your letter to cancel. Squeeze more money out of you. Send it Certified even if they tell you it's not necessary.

Have asked them multiple times to remove my name from their list as the person they think I am, is not me. They have yet to honor my request of two - three months. This is getting very frustrating.
Said they were calling about my American Family Fitness account. I told her that I don't have an American Family Fitness account. But she quickly said hold on while she brings on an outside rep. I quickly ***g up.
