And then when i asked for a number to call them back, due to the fact that I wanted to call my attorney - the guy got an at***ude. It is some collection agency for some payday loan place that I never took out a loan for. They have my information and I ended up closing that account due to the fact that my information was stolen and its theft and iden***y fraud.
they left a funky automated message for someone with the wrong first name. Since it appears to be a colection agency, I'm guessing they are "cold calling" anyone with the same last name in the city.
Found the number on Caller ID. No message.
another number for Glacial Star Group is631-231-0028fax number 631-231-0029 A few days ago I also received a Letterinforming me that a Computer was stolen from a Business,the stolen computer had my information on it and the letterwas warning me of iden***y theft,scams and Fraud.Its su****ious the calls s****ed upshortly after the computer was stolen.
They called while I was gone.I google searched the number and itsGlacial Star Group, a collection agency inNew York. They collect for some payday loans place.I don't owe anything to anyone.you won't get it here.
i got a call from this # 1/4/ at 8:40 pm it ringed 2 times then stop this was the 1st time i seen this number

received a call from this number on 12/11/07 at 6:15 PM - number ***g up when I picked up.
I recieved a call from this number at 12:57PM on 10-11-07. When my voice mail picked up they did not leave a voice mail
