Leave a CommentContacted on a Sat. a.m. with message concerning a bill. Follow up calls to no. given were all automated and never returned until following day. Turned out legimate but extremely poor customer service and subtracting out by supposedly reputable business [hospital] is the most impersonal and inconsiderate operation. Turned out that the fault was with the business. Interesting.
Someone called me from 1-800-948-4116 on 8/18/2010 @ 11:35 a.m. They did not leave any message.Just curious who it was. If anyone knows please share.Thanks!Steve
I suggest to NEVER answer an unknown or blocked call, same holds for 800 numbers. If it's legit then they'll leave a message, if they don't then you'll know they're a scam or debt collector
