Leave a CommentWe have received two to three calls a day from 800-955-9096 looking for someone we do not know. We did state that they are calling the wrong number however; the calls will not stop. I do understand that people should pay their bills and that a company has the right to collect money owed but; a responsible company would not torment an innocent person. Chrysler Financial should not spread their problem onto someone else; I see this as an example of a company lacking in ability. The future belongs to companies who learn how to do more with less, and manage their business with integrity. Companies like Chrysler Financial will continue to struggle because of their bad decisions.
Called my house 18 times because someone I know has an account with them. I have mailed certified mail for them to stop; contacted the Attorney General in the State of Texas and filed a claim with the FTC. They get away with their calling because technically they're not a debt collection agency,
I never answer the phone for numbers that I don't know or come up as unknown caller (which this call did). They left a message on my ma****e. John Stocking called from Chrysler Financial trying to reach someone I don't know but is supposedly one of my neighbors. Wanted me to pass the message along or call him with a correct phone number for the person they were looking for. John left the numbers of 1-800-955-9096 ext 5638 or 682-831-5638.They had my last name. Odd. Very odd. I don't know this person and if I did I certainly wouldn't get in the middle of it. What are these companies thinking??
Called looking for someone other then me. Said they were with Chrysler and were calling about a Chrysler Sebring. Really demanding individual. Told me times the person had to call by or else. What do I care I am not them and don't know them.I have had this number for years so the only way I can****ume they called is the person they were looking for has the same last name but, is unrelated to me. After seeing this post above I will be reporting them to the FTC.
