They call all hours. I can't talk during work hours. They don't leave a message...just call all day.

They call all hours from 8am to 9pm and I work nights so I am trying to sleep during the day!

You have to send a letter to the company that is calling you and tell them not to call you there anymore.  We had a collection agency calling my in-laws (got their name because we bought a house from them and their name had been on the tax statement years ago) and I sent them a register letter, with confirmation they received it, telling them not to call there anymore or I would file a law suit a***nst them.  If they continue to harass after you have sent them a letter not to you can file a lawsuit a***nst them and you would win that lawsuit.  Make sure you include any name they have left because some companies use several different names.

Call the number from your work and let them know you don't want them calling any longer. If you are asked who you are? just ask them to stop calling.

They have been calling me daily at work and at home.  Isn't it illegal for them to call me at work when I have asked them not to.
