Called my mother's home. I closed my account with the Capital One Credit Card Company, in February of 2010 and turned over my debts to a settlement company. They refused to close the account, ignored the settlement company, increased my APR and continue to add interest to the debt.

Calls my place of employment but never calls or leaves a message on my home telephone. Whats up with these people.

Automated calling ma****e - puts you on hold and will keep calling back - will not leave a message on answering ma****e - Capital One needs to call Congress - what next debtor prison - The 1% already own it all so now they want your first born or your blood.

An employee is using this work number to stalk me and I don't owe anyone any money.  They boyfriend is a friend and this person is ******! and will not leave me alone!!!  I have been warned they will send a virus to my e-mail and not stop until I am gone and out of the life she wants so desperately!!! they even went as far as to find me on face boo**** Any ideas???

They call and **** up!! I know who this is, an employee who is stalking me and I want it to stop!! they call and **** up.  I do not even owe any money!!!

This is not a real collection agency, they are telemarketers of the worst sort. They call twice a day, usually early in the morning (when I would never answer my phone anyway). They leave messages asking for non-existent people:This message is for a Long Palm. My name is Tyra. About some very important information to discuss with you. Have to make a decision about a situation that concerns you. It's imperative that you contact me back at 18009576303 using reference no. 160607. Thank you.

I answer phone and no answer , no answer on answering ma****e either, 6 calls on caller ID in one day when I was out. I dont have outstanding dept so dont know who it is but it is getting old. i am disabled and hard to get up to answer phone wish i knew who to contact to get this to stop. Am on do not call list.

They have called and do not leave messages on answering ma****e. ^ times within a two hour period. i dont have a Capital one card.I dont have outstanding dept. I am disabled and i dont always make it to the phone in ti*****ey call at 7:45 in the morning until 9 at night.This is a new phone number for me and I cant even get to them to tell them to stop most of the time the phone ring twice and they **** up, this is like I am harassed and I dont owe anyone.

They are rude!!!  They call my home and then my cell immediately and do not leave a message of any kind.

these people call all the time  and they call me at work and they dont care if you get fired or not.they keep calling even when a cease communication letter was sent to them from my debt relief program i am enrolled in. i told them to call them.they ignore.

These slugs  call every day at least 20-30 times,s****ing at 8:00am until 9:00pm icluding Sundays.I've asked for the caller's home number so I could call at 8:01 am on Sunday.But,for some reason,he wouldn't give it to me.

I answered a call from this number a couple hours ago & received a message asking me to "hold for an important message"....for which I waited several seconds then ***g up. I received another call from this number two hours later, but they ***g up when my answering ma****e picked up. I called the number back and was put through to a rep identified as "****ell". I told him I had received two calls from this number today & had no idea who they were or why they were calling. He asked me for the number they had called & when I gave it to him, he checked and asked if I was Mrs. Rose. I have had this phone number for several years now and have received numerous calls for a "Mrs. Rose" (whom I do not know) and after over four years of asking callers to have my number taken off their call lists for this person, I am still getting calls for her. I told ****ell to have my number taken off their call list and he said it was done. End of conversation. I still don't know what company he represented...he wouldn't say.

This number was left on my answering ma****e at work and it isn't even a call for me. It keeps calling and I can't seem to get it to stop. No one talks to you or listens when you try to call back and straighten it out.

Just got a new cell phone and new number yes****ay. Called for someone who does not live here told them they have the wrong number. They've called 3 times this morning with a recorded message to hold for an imporant call. I'm not holding and using my minutes for someone who's not even there.

They call four times a day. I am on the do not call list and will not deal with any debt collector that isn't with the company I am in debt to.

I have no idea who this is but this call keeps coming thru to my 13 y/o sons Tracfone. last i knew he or i didnt owe any monies. When I explained this to the woman at the other end she tried to go off on me to which i let her have the bad end of a Coast Guard whistle. Too bad I cant call her kids and bother them for no reason.....

I've been getting dead air messages on my answering ma****e from this number - I did a *69 to find out who and it was so****ing called MRS. They were calling on behalf of Capital One. I told them to stop calling . . . we'll see. What I want to know is, if I'm on "Do Not Call" registry, why am I STILL having to deal with this ****???

Calls repeatedly. Won't leave a message. When I call the number back, I get some recording instructing me to wait for the next representative, but no one ever picks up. Very irritating.

I've heard it's a fraudulent collections agency. From another website I visited, I read that people have tried to get in touch with an actual person and no information is given. Many times they even get disconnected. If asked to be removed from the list, they are not and continue to get calls. I've gotten 2 in the past 3 days, but I don't answer. Next time I will just to give them*****.

This person is seeking s person I know, but at this phone number. We are not sure how the connection was made.

I've been contacted by these people for the past 2 weeks.  I finally answered and asked who they were and to stop calling me.  They never said who they are and they still keep calling at all hours and on the weekends.

They call after normal hours and on Sundays.  Call numbers that or not for there customers and when asked to remove #'s don't
