Leave a CommentHSBC. These people call my phone litterally twice an hour from 7am-9pm every day, including Sundays from another one of their numbers. When I don't answer that one, they call from this one. I have talked to them countless times and asked them to please quit calling my phone. They keep telling me that they will take the number out of their system, yet they still keep calling. So****ing really needs to be done about this. I stopped answering them 2 months ago and it still goes on, and the same amount of times per day and night. Other numbers from them are..1-800-684-8429, plus 1-800-395-2274 also calls, and that is HSBC also. Does anybody know how I can block these numbers out? This is the highest form of harrassment that I can imagine. It's ridiculous!!! I posted this report on the page for the number 1-800-684-8429 . I hope so****ing gets done about this. They just called a***n as I'm typing this report!! Frustrating!! And...it's Sa****ay evening at 6pm!!

HSBC Collection Department, calling in error from an automated list, a dozen calls to them finally revealed that they are calling my google voice number which is linked to my mobile number. Getting the error removed has been an ordeal so far - order takes leading another blind order taker!

I have been called by this number 7 times today! They leave no message, and when I answer I get no response from them. It is downright annoying.

Calls over and over on my cell, which is my only phone and because I am self employed, also my business phone. It is annoying. Even on Sunday they call. SUNDAY! I picked up once and got nothing, then I heard a lady say, "hello" like 10 times and **** up. Now I put my phone on silent and screen my calls. I am not past due on anything that I know of. They rotate their number too and they don't leave messages.
They just keep on calling and never leave messages. We never answer since we don't know who they are

Hsbc bank is harrassing people with automatic calling
These people call and call and call and call. When you talk with them and try to work things out, they get very pushy and try to get you to post date checks for future payments. We have lost our jobs (due to the economy) and we will do all that we can to pay them back in a timely manner, however they are very disrespectful and pushy, even when I nicely explain the issue of why I cannot and will not post date a check. It is really frustrating and I just want to take our furniture and dump it on the doorstep of this call center and say "Here you go!!! Take it all bac****! Leave me alone!!!!"(They are calling representing the Room Store.) For now, I will have to endure the calls after calls. I will never purchase anything on credit a***n. That is the lesson I have learned.

I am writing a letter to the people these people claim to represent. I still recieve bills from the people they claim to represent. So I am asking them what is going on. They do call several times a day are very abusive and when I say I have paid and list the dates they say those payments are not showing up.
if you don't want to mess with these guys don't finance anything with shaeffers. Younkers, or bestbuy. Bestbuy has actually got a clue and is in the process of swit****g who handles their credit cards. I work for a business and they would call us every freaking day, even though they pay all their bills on time, but they always seemed to find one that was a minute too late and charge some weird late or finance charge of $2.00. Yes i am serious they called harrassing a business that maybe spends at least $10,000.00 grand on the bestbuy card a month for a $2.00 finance charge that we aren't even sure is legitamate. lol these gys are crazy.
This number is calling my cell phone several times a day or more along with phone number 800-365-6538. They do not leave a message, and if this is HSBC, I have a Younkers store charge card with them, but cannot begin to imagine what they want as i am current on my payments. I even went online and double checked to make sure. I guess i'll post my payment a little early and see if they stop. Does anyone know if there are other credit cards that they handle? I am actually finally current on all of my accounts and this is really getting on my nerves.
This number has been calling up to 10 times a day. On the times we answered, they ask to speak to someone and when I ask to leave a message, they **** UP.Today, same thing. The phone records LED shows they called 6 times today. I answered, they asked to speak to someone, I asked to take a message4, they refused. I told them to either identify themselves and what the call is regarding, or we would file a complaint for harassment. The woman didn't answer. I asked which she preferred, and repeated, please tell me what this is regarding so I can relay a message. She ***g up.This is invasive, obnoxious, criminal and inhumane behavior. If you don't answer the calls from the first numbers they s**** calling from this number.
The amount of calls is so bad that I can't use my cell phone for anything else....like every 10 minutes. I am going to have to c****e my cell no. even though I really don't want to. They never leave a message.If you don't have the money, have lost your job etc., why do they think that these calls will make you pay any faster. There are a lot of good people in trouble right now.
I get 5 calls a day on the weekends from this number and they never leave a message. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. If it was important they should leave a message.
They call every day, four or five times a day. If you answer, they ask for your name, but won't tell you who they are before you verify that you are who they are calling for. If you refuse to answer their questions until they tell you who they are, they ignore you asking them who they are and repeat themselves. If you ignore their call, they **** up when they get your voicemail or leave a voicemail that says: "hello.*****o.*****o?" and then **** up. They even s****ed calling other members of my family that I don't even live with and they do the same thing to them. They ignored my family's requests to never be called a***n at that number. The number they called that was my family members was never even on my account. So obviously they are going through the phonebook of so****ing. I'm****uming all of this because I was literally a couple days late on a f-ing payment.... I am guessing, because I STILL don't know who this was harassing me.

Next, contact every business, utility, creditor you've ever done business with, EVER, and tell them you are just calling to give them your new telephone number. Moving forward use your new Grand Central number on any and all paperwork you submit to any/all companies, utilities, or hand out at bars and nightclubs, lol! ;-) Grand Central gives the consumer 100%, total control of any/all incoming telephone calls. And for ****-munchers like HSBC, I set Grand Central to automatically forward their numbers to the QWest call annoyance toll-free number at: 1-800-582-0655, lol! ;-) Next, visit this site and read ALL of the extra CALLER ID numbers used by these *********s and ADD them to a Grand Central address-book entry so that you are a step ahead of them if they should try calling from any of their many alternate numbers. Lastly, make sure to pay-off any bills with retailers like Best Buy, Guitar Center, and any other retailers that might being using HSBC, and then ALWAYS ASK (UP FRONT) any retailer who processes their credit accounts and NEVER open one where they use HSBC, and tell the retailer that you will NEVER grace the doors of their stores a***n until you hear that they are using someone besides HSBC. Have you been wat****g the NEWS of the economy? Retailers are DESPERATE right now. They are on the ropes ... as a consumer you do not need to put up with squat from these clowns. Companies like HSBC do not manufacturer or sell anything tangible. They are parasites on the****ps of humanity. TO increase their profit margins they choose to break the law and charge fees they are not en***led to, and those who do not pay attention or who do not fightback allow it to continue by being passive. This number has been calling me every day for a very long time about 6 to 8 times a day. I am on the "do not call" list which evidently does nothing for these companies. If they think that anyone would buy anything from them after bugging people like this, they are just ignorant!!!
My husband and I are both without work. My unemployment ($355.00 a week) ran out last month and my spouse's (355.00 a week) will end in April. We have a 2nd mortgage to pay, utilities,phone,groceries to buy, medical bills to pay andcredit card p-ayments to make on $355.00 a week....i don't think so but they don't understand or care to attempt to so****ing out. They call from 8 AM till late at night several calls a day. We are looking for work but the economy is real bad here in northern Indiana. We are on the "no call list" and still recieve call after call from collectors.
