Both the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission can fine telemarketers up to $11,000 per violation. This fine can be****essed for each phone call to a number that is subscribed to the registry !

Voice recorder stating that this call is to collect a debt, and to call them back. I strongly believe this is spam.

Keeps calling while I'm at work and finally left a message that said it was an attempt to collect a debt. I have no outstanding debt. Odd that the "voice" is British.
They said it was a debt collection though I have no oiutstanding debt. When I called to see who they were trying to reach, they left me on hold for more than 15 minutes. Every once in awhile they would pick up and say "I'll be with you shortly". They finally picked up and the call wasn't even for me. Harrasment!!!!!
This call used an automated British female voice and said it was an attempt to collect a debt.
