Leave a CommentAT&T and Telco Concepts simply ignor the national Do Not Call list. They will break the law and contact you anyway. Ask them to stop calling and report them to http://donotcall.gov right away. With enough complaints they will be fined, shut down and learn not to call you. Please take the short minute to help yourself and others.
I received a call at 8:47am on 9/1/09. When I picked up the line and said my introduction, there was total silence, then I woman's voice appeared and there was laughter from her voice and talking in the background. Then I heard the woman say after I said*****o 4 times "Oh Lord these people". I said*****o once more then I ***g up. We did not ask to be called and I will file an additional complaint with the FTC.
THIS IS NOT REGARDING A COMPLAINT I SPOKE TO A REPRESEN***IVE NAMED MIKE H. AND HE WAS PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS AND VERY HELPFULL. ALOT MORE HELPFUL THAN CALLING ATT DIRECT. TELCO CONCEPTS IS WHAT "RESELLERS" SHOULD STRIVE TO BE. STOP WITH THE COMPLAINTS, WE ARE FORTUNATE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY WHO STILL HAS BUSINESS ETHICS
caller claiming to be from AT&T offering a bill reduction. I took down his number and asked if he works for AT&T. He said yes. I took down his name and number: Keith Harris 1-800-975-7749 ext. 4. NOT AT&T!
Tried to get me to commit to a rate adjustment for 1 year -claiming that they were being proactive at lowing rates - wanted to KEEP me as a customer! Claimed I could SAVE on my business 10 line monthly standard rate. 1st off, I don't have 10 lines and the phone rate they claimed that I WAS PAYING WAS MUCH higher than it really is!
These are ghetto con artists. DO NOT make a deal with them. They are not AT&T !!
They're calling incessantly, saying they'd like to get us on their CBS program (customer business satisfaction?) for a flat rate. Their callers are double teaming us- I received two calls in less than one minute.
I have received numerous phone calls from this number. All stating they are from AT&T or on behalf of AT&T. I asked them not to call anymore but I still receive calls from them. Is there anything we can do to stop getting phone calls from them?
Said they were ATT and that we were paying .09c for local and we have 3 lines. I told them we just renewed. This was not ATT but someone named Thelma. Very strange and scammy. I did not give them any info. Look out for scams. These are similar calls as the "American Yellow Pages Scam" people - google that for more info.
They called saying they were AT&T and asked for a renewal of services. I asked why they had to call for me to renew services when our monthly billing is automatic, and he said it was standard operating procedures to call. What made me really angry is they kept saying they were AT&T, but that they really weren't!
i picked up the line when they called, there were people in the background i could hear, but w***ver was on the extension with me said nothing, breathed, and then ***g up.
Called all the time...rude wanting me to go to att.
Called busliness and did not leave a message.
Called representing themselves as AT&T and when the caller was pressed for details, she s****ed coughing a lot instead of answering questions. We had just spoken to our representative at AT&T and this caller didn't have any up-to-date info at all. Obviously fraudulent call. I called the number that registered on our caller ID and it was Telco Concepts' phone tree.
Claimed to be AT&T & offered long distance for $10/line
I just switched all my lines to ATT and this person called saying I needed to be on a new plan. The caller ID didn't come up as ATT which was the first warning sign. She then proceeded to tell me my bill was all messed up and that they were giving me credits and sending me a visa card for $100.00 for all of my patience. She then asked me for my date of birth. It was then that I told her I would call her back. I picked up the phone and called ATT instead.
answered the phone and they didn't talk. Called 3x in a row. Very annoying and time wasting
They used a forged name to switch my business lines to AT&T. They're thief! Becareful!
phone rang, but I didn't answer, they ***g up.
This company makes it sound as though they need to correct a database error but they are actually trying to obtain your consent to swit****g your long distance service to AT&T. They represent themselves as AT&T employees when actually they are not.
