Mr. Brown from certified non-profit agency?? called my cell phone regarding lowering my credit card interest rate. Stated that I was pre-approved for 1.9 financing on my credit card debt as per letter he supposedly sent a few weeks ago. Don't have credit cards, did not receive any such letter.

Some recording keeps calling saying his name is Rick Morgan to call 800-978-4584, also he can cut our credit card bills, he sees we're only paying the minimum...blah blah! This is a business he is calling and we have NO credit cards.

Calls my cell phone and has left numerous message stating, "it is imperative that you give me a call before I close your case".

Called twice on different days saying it was last chance before closing file. If it was "last chance" how did I receive a 2nd call?!? Says he notes I am making minimum payments and can lower interest to 1.5%. I don't make ANY payments because I don't have any credit cards -.-  His name is Rick Morgan. It is a prerecorded message. His number is 800-978-4584. He doesn't say what company he is with...just says "been really busy with this new program..."

The company is called Debt Solutions 800-978-4584 call the number that Rick leaves you the lady answers "Debt Solutions" if you have call forwarding or SELECTIVE Call Forwarding, forward all your Telemarketer calls to this number 800-978-4584.  Payback ****s 'eh?

This person is making unsolicited and unwarranted calls. Additionally he continues after my specific request that his calls STOP. I don't know him, need him, or want anything to do with him. I am also concerned as to how he was able to go fishing and get my number. I am registered with the national DO NOT CALL registry.

Got a message from 1-800-978-4584 - Rick Morgan.  Sounded like he was trying to convince me about how busy he is and he just couldn't get back to me by phone any sooner - of course, I have never called him. I did call back - got someone and asked to have my phone number removed. The person ***g up immediately.  I tried a***n - same thing - just ***g up.  They say they are the non-profit Debt Relief Center.

Left a message on my voice mail at work. He did sound like I was supposed to know who he was ... but I don't. Am not returning the call, **** -- I mean Rick.

Same complaint as everyone elses. Rick Morgan wants to help me lower my interest rates on my non-existent credit card file that he is looking at. These people are disgusting!

I have to pay for calls such as this when they call my cell phone. This is not right!!! What can we do? I don't give out any information over the phone to anyone unless I have initiated the call and even then I am very cautious.

said that i was making the minimum payments on my card and he could help me lower my payments, and that this was his last courtesy call before he had to close my file. I never filled out an application nor asked him to contact me. And also, this was his first "last" call.

Wanted me to call him right back. Could lower my interest rate to 1.5% since I'm only making minimum payments. Glad I look up the number here. Right, so****ing needs to be done about these predators. People are getting desperate, with credit card companies raising interest rates as high as they want to, when they want to.

Company is called "Debt Relief" and has call center in Boise Idaho. Complaints have been filed with BBB, FTC, etc... Misleading by claiming to look at your credit rating and payments. File complaints and get on Do Not Call List.

This is the same complaint as the rest. SAME man (Rick Morgan) claiming he is able to help with lower interest rates. Says we are only making minimun credit card pyts. I called back and ask HOW!!! did they know even if we had credit cards little alone what pyts we were making. The lady said she just answered phones. I told her to have him call back. I'll bet he won't. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SO****ING ABOUT THIS **** BEFORE PEOPLE LOOSE EVERYTHING THE HAVE!!!!!!!

A guy named Rick Morgan left me a weird message I'm pretty sure was fake.

When I called back the # it was for AAA County Consolidations. But Rick is not there and this 1-800-978-4584 is NOT on the website. DON'T GIVE ANY information to these people. they are deceptive. www.cookconsolidation.com/

Same message, could help me with interest on credit cards, lower 1.5%.  Acted like I knew him and was doing me favor.  We do not owe money on any credit card, so I know he is a fraud.  Talked about having to close out my file.  Did not call back, let him close it out!

Don't have credit cards or anything to which he was giving a "final call before closing the account."

My call from Rick came to a free online voice mail box that I have never used. He said he was going over my credit card statement, saw I was making only the minimum monthly payments and that he could help me out. It is possible the call was a recording.Since I have only one credit card and I pay off the small balance very month, this company is scamming folks from the outset. Nice.

Caller said he had information about my payment history, but the information he quoted was incorrect.

We are a business and want these calls to stop!

Debt consilidation. I cannot believe he reports he is looking at my financial records and sees i have been making min payments. NOT TRUE. S***my approach.

My number is on the Do Not Call list. I have never contacted any services for any debt reduction or lowering my monthly payments.

Yea some guy named Rick called sounding like he's somehow connected to me (personally) and was wanting to "help me with my accounts" and that i need to call him asap so he would have to close my files....whatever, right? i didn't answer the call itself however that's about the idea of the voicemail that was left for me. how did my number get in the Rick guys hands?

Makes pitch about lowering interest rates on credit card. S***bag is trying to get personal information to use your credit information to steal from you. Phone companies do nothing to protect us from these predators, and our government does nothing to protect us from the phone companies.

***g up on me when i called and i called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and got transferred into a voicemail system - left me a message on my cell phone to return a call to this company that can help me with my debt because i only make minimum payments on my credit cards which is not true.
