It's a scam - call from "Kelly" on my voice mail about lowering my interest rates. I don't have any credit cards (or debt outside my bank) and this phone number has been listed on CraigsList so they probably picked it up from there. Said to call 800-978-4586 - yeah right, like I am going to call them for so****ing that doesn't apply and it's obviously a scam. It's now on my state's "no-call-list".

Someone from this number called and is already talking when I pick up the line, because this is a business and the recorded message says her name is Kelly and to call because she has to hear from me soon to cut my payments in half.

this is the second call this week. they need to tell me what they want.

Tried to steal my credit card number.

I am on the no-call list. Offer to cut credit card rates. How do they keep getting away with this?

Said I needed to call her right away about my credit card payments. Called from a different number -

Caller left a message and needed me to "call right away" to talk about interest rates and payments on credit cards. Called from a different number.

i received this call as well. except on caller id the number was 816 763 3235.  said to call her back at 800 978 4586 and ask for kelly.my guess is it is a scam.

Got a call on my cell, the number was 636-583-2503. They left a voicemail about cutting my credit cards payments in half and acted like I had already talked to them. The gal said her name was Kelly and to call her back at 1-800-978-4586. Scam I'm sure.

Called on company line, left message. We are on the no call list and do not do any business with this group.

received a call. Caller Id showed this number as "Out of area".

Called my home for about a week.  I am in the habit of not answering calls that come up as "UNKNOWN".  They finally left a message on my answering ma****e stating that his name was Tony Wells.  He spoke very casually as if he was a friend saying that we need to get our credit card debt down since interest in most credit cards are going up and over 20% and that he could help us.  He asked that we call him back at 8-800-978-4586.  I dialed the number back with *67 then the number (so that my number would be blocked) and what do you know they/he didn't answer -- it just rang and rang.  The crazy part about it is that we aren't in credit card debt -- so it's just random calls hoping to get somoeone who is vulnerable enough to give up their personal information.
