This number left a message that involved a racial slur. It came up as "Unknown Name" on my callere ID. Does anyone know if there is any legal action that could be taken a***nst these people?

this on goes out to "go away"--we will NEVER go away just as long as you and others dont pay there bills we will ALWAYS be here to annoy you and **** you off if you want us to go then pay your bills so until all of america pays all thier bills on time all the time i will always have a job that pays me WONDERFULLY-so for those of you that think this job is for uneducated people your worng because actually we are the smart ones getting paid and haveing fun ****ing you all off..so thank you very much!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number for over 3 weeks. I am so sick and tired. They never leave a message and the phone rings from 8 am to 9 pm 7 days a week. I tried calling the number, but got no were as they wanted an account number or ss#. I do not have an account with this company or anyone affiliated with them. I do not give out my ss# over the phone to anyone.. THEY HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS

I got a call from these people and I wasn't sure who they were, but it was nice to find this site. The calls have been made to my cell phone so I just saved the number that called me as a contact with a nice name like "life is wonderful" so each time I see it I get a good feeling. Then I programmed the ringtone for that number to be silent, so I dont even hear their calls. Hope this helps someone else out there not to be upset by collection agencies. =)

My daughter received a call from a "Sarah" stating she needed my phone number because I had placed an order and she needed to confirm it with her. Would not say what company she was with and was very pushy about getting my information. My daughter became su****ious and told her she would relay the message to me. This was the information given to me by my daughter: Caller's name: Sarah Phone No. ext 3104 Date of call: Basically I'm tired of these people trying to get information from my children, when the matter doesn't even concern them and I've already responded to the originating debt holder.

A middle eastern man, who claims to be from Washington Mutual, called me and said I'm late on my bill, which I'm not. He kept trying to get me to pay with a check, which I refused. I don't know what it was, but the whole call was very weird and so****ing didn't feel right about it.

This number called me claiming to be with Country Wide mortgage asking for my social security number and I said no way. A man who sounded of Indian said I owed one ***dred and eighty some odd dollars for some reason. I do have an account with CW but it is paid up to current date. I told him I would call him right back after I looked at my statement. I also did a search for this number in webcrawler and found it to be the number for Disaster Affected Borrowers to contact Country Wide Financial Corp.. Not sure whats going on.

yep,he keeps bothering me too.. I simply do not answer - ever..and delete the missed call -- only 2 people have this number as it is truly for emergencies only..easy for me to know - anyone else is a spam call..
