Leave a CommentHe is the same one who calls me. He has a way of just telling you that he is sending you products. If I need so****ing I will call and order it.
This company is a joke. I wish I would have looked them up before I used the first ink cartridge. Now they just randomly call me and tell me they are sending me products. Everytime the price goes up and they can not tell me why. Please do not use them or even respond to their calls.
The Above stories are true, Read the above comments could not have correlated any closer to what was stated. I just got off the phone as well. They just want to keep sending you stuff. I to was told a free trial, Low and behold invoices and more shipments, Im wondering if any one has filed with to the BBB yet.
Felt shady....now that I read this, no way! The Guy I spoke to was Rick Miller.I said I need to talk to the office manager and we'd get back to them they gave me their number....it just rings and rings....
They are very pushy and rude. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! Just **** up on them. I agree with all the above comments. It was funny, no matter what printer or copier I told him we had, the price was the same, $109.00? I thought that was very odd. The supervisor I spoke with was Roger Daniels....
I got a call from them today. He kept trying to send me a cartridge and I kept telling him NOT to send me one. I said if they have a catalog I would be more then happy to look at it but I did not want the product. He kept going on and on about not paying for it now...blah...blah...blah... And I kept saying do not send me one, finally I just ***g up because I was getting so frustrated with him. I have told the front office that no packages get signed for by anyone but myself, at least for the next few weeks. Once you sign, they have you and I have no doubt these people are going to try and send one hoping that we will sign for it. These same types also try this con with light bulbs and gloves!
All of these comments are correct!!! These people are VERY VERY PUSHY!!! They won't take no for an answer. Don't trust them!
DO NOT TAKE A CALL FROM THEM ... ALL OF THESE WARNINGS ARE CORRECT. IF YOU TALK TO THEM THEY WILL SEND YOU STUFF THEN WHEN YOU TALK TO THEM A***N THEY SEND YOU MORE STUFF LIKE YOU ORDERED 12 AND THAT WAS JUST A PARTIAL SHIPMENT. THEN YOU GET A BILL WHICH IS FOR ABOUT $4000. NOT TO MENTION THEIR CALLS ARE ON THE VERGE OF HARASSMENT.
This place is a rip off. The salesman's name is Suposibly "Steve Hammon" with Comp. Tech. Systems, Inc. Don't trust them, if they call just say no thanks and **** up.
i've gotten several calls from them. depending on which person i spoke with, i could get a LJ2100 cartridge for $159-$179 and it would last 10k, 30k, 33k or get this 35k pages. a genuine HP cartridge lasts 5k pages. i get "jumbo" cartridges and they get a little over 7k.
Receive a call about address verification and the next thing I know I received two toners from UPS so I refused it. I am not crazy enough to be paying $500 for a toner. Do not deal with these people they are crooks. I looked up the company on the web and they don't exist.
Received a call wanting to verify our model # on copy mahcine or printer. Don't give anyone that information. They send you the ink or toner then try and bill you for it. They won't send a call tag to pick it up either. This is illegal!!!! They may also lie about the company they are calling from. If you s**** asking them questions they end up ****ing up on you.
