This phone is calling me more than 10 times a day

What ****...they call re a bogus debt, threatening to sue...and then refuse to give address or company information. WHO WOULD EVER TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY

Gary Marshall from NAFS collection agency, very important to return call,says this is not a solication but a call from a debt collector.  gave different number to call back 1-800-443-2963.  will now send to him and his company cease and desist letter!!!!extremely rude and arrogant

Calls frequentl and all during the day. IS trying to collect some debt for which he harr***** me with voice mail. I am on a prepaid plan and every voice mail costs money. They need to send mail to me to validate thier claims, not waste my phone minutes

Oh my go****I goggled this number because i wanted the number of the creditor and it was about an account i had years ago. they set up payments and one bounced..i never recieved ANY THING IN THE MAIL!!JUST A PHONE CALL. i called them and gave them a piece of mmy mind and told them even if this was legimate i would not work with this company!

I'm also getting calls from this Gary Marshall everyday. It's very annoying because they will not say who they are calling for. They never leave a real message are a real name as to whom they would to speak to. I just wish they would stop calling me.

We have been getting these harassing calls for about 3 months now.  Mr. Roberts is really nasty, Gary Marshall is a ****, and occasionally Ms. Hand leaves a nasty message.  We have been debt free for about 4 years now and don't have any outstanding debt unless it is so****ing that is very, very old.  I will not return these calls no matter what.  They call everyday, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day.  It is very, very annoying.  I have noticed though that they NEVER call me over Holiday weekends.....

Someone from this number has been calling me EVERY week-day morning between 8 - 9AM on my cell phone. 2 things are weird about all this I only use a Trac Phone & NO ONE has my number except my wife. We also have no outstanding debt, except a mortgage. They can call for the next decade for all I care as I will never answer them. Period.

this person calls everyone with a mean snotty tone like he is charge of your life. you can ignore him he is just a $25000.00 a year bill collector as poor as the people he calls and he has no authority over anything.

I have been receiving calls from this phone number from a Mr. Roberts.  He will leave a message and it always s****s out with him coughing and clearing his throat.  Now it has progressed to a message of his screaming and telling me I will be sorry if I don't contact them.  Last time I contacted them, they were going back on so****ing for 15 years and when I asked to see information on this as I am not sure what the problem was, they never responded.It is getting very tiring as they will s**** calling at 7 am and I have gotten calls as late as 10:00 pm, 7 days a week.

I smell a scam!Real credit collectors leave live messages with your name and an extension to reach them. You will also receive letters in the mail from the company you owe a debt to, as well as from the collectors. The messages I keep getting are only a recording of a woman telling me to contact that guy. I was also victim to recorded messages from: 866-265-5239 (http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8662655239)I stopped receiving calls from that number and immediately s****ed receiving calls from the 982-0484 number.

They called at 0745. They refuse to accept the fact that south dakota is in two time zones! On top of that they had the wrong number!

I'm getting the same mean recorded message from the Marshal guy but the first one asked me to call a Mr. Finnegan. All are recorded and mean/yelling calls.  They are also giving the number 800-443-2963 to return. I will not call it, frommy phone, I'm going to call from payphone. I received several calls from this agemncy over the last several months and have sent in numerous complaints. I am now receiving calls from a woman from the agency. Since, we pay our bills and have not received any late notices--I know this is not a legitimate call. However, if anyone knows how to get rid of these people once and for all, I would love to hear how.

YEAH ME TOO! My husband finally convinced me to let him do this reverse look up. I can't even believe it! All of you are going through the same B.S. as me? They have been calling all day, every day for months. I NEVER return the calls because I do not return VM from people unless I know them or what it's regarding. Same problem here with the same number. The caller ID showed the 0484# but the message gave 1-800-444-3012. My husband spoke with the lady who tired to say he owed a vehicle debt. When he inquired her name she said it was Michelle. He inquired of her last name and she stated, "Sir, I do not have to give you my last name." He then inquired of what type of vehicle was she talking about and she could not give him a type. When I took the phone and asked for her full name, address, phone number, and the company she worked for, all I could hear was music playing in the background. She would never answer me. After holding for several minutes and repeating,*****o?*****o? Without any answer from the lady I finally ***g up.

I am constantly being contacted by various people from the same agency. First call came from Gary Marshall. Next call came from Mr. Roberts. Now I have a Ms. Hand calling. They use various numbers and never ask for anyone specifically. Therefore, I cannot be sure who they are looking for. I am sick of these phone that occur on a daily basis.

I have received at least one phone call a day from these people for more than 3 months!!! I have yet to answer the phone and NEVER will.

this call comes in several times daily. It is a recording with a threatening/harrassing tone. leaves an 800 # to call back.

They call me and leave the same message you all talk of.How do I get this guy to stop? He's crazy if he thinks I'm calling him.

The calls are beginning to become a big problem and I wish they would STOP.

It seemed suspisous especially since I recently did a credit check and my credit it just fine with no outstanding debt and I have never received any letter or any other phone call. I Googled the # and found this website along with another. Only difference is the # he is using now 1800-982-0484. Beware of this scam
