Calls several times a day, never leaves a message.  Calls after 9pm when the kids are sleeping.  It has to stop

I just received one through my mother (where I lived while at school) and called the number. I reached a person almost immediately. They did already have my information from graduation so I was willing to take the chance it's genuine. I will **** onto this number for awhile in case more calls come.

SAYS THEY ARE FROM MY SON'S OLD FRATERNITY... WANTING TO UPDATE THEIR YEAR BOOK, BUT I DON'T BELIEVE THAT.. I'VE TOLD THEM TWICE HE DOES NOT LIVE HERE... I AM CERTAIN IT IS SO****ING TO SELL.

This number calls several times a day but no one is there when we answer our phone. They never leave a message.

Alumni data gathere. Annoying as*****- they try to "get your info for the alumni directory" then try to sell it to you.

received several calls from the above number. this was an automated voice that tells me they are collecting information for my universities alumni records. i have tried to call them back and requested that i be removed from the list...still getting the calls. i am employed by the university as a staff member...i am not an alumni of this university! Please help get rid of these people!

This is some kind of collection agency or dso it appears...........my daughter lost job, owes everybody and this number call collecting!

There is no person on the other end, that says anything. ANNOYING

they called me atleast 3 times a day, I tried calling them back but my call was disconnected. The best time to call them back, SUNDAY EVENING. CALL the same # back, a **** will answer, just tell him to remove your # from the list. They even have the caller ID just in case if they repeate your # don't be surprised. Call them & have them remove your # from the list.

been calling me on the weekends for two weeks - no msg left. haven't answered it.

When answered,no response. I called the number above on cell phone and got the name: Alumni Data Directory Processing office I feel sure that is the caller, since that was the response given to my call. I did not speak;***g up. These calls come daily:06-27-08 at 8:29 p.m.; 06-28-08 at 11:16 a.m. Many other times before.

Someone from this number is calling me everyday. No message is ever left.

They just keep calling at all times of the day. Very annoying and I also am on the DNC list. Doesn't seem like there is anything we can do. 6/20/2008

They are part of an alumni directory, but unsure how they got my name.

They keep calling my work #. I have never answered the call, but apparently it would not matter since it sounds like no one would be on the other end anyway.

Constant calls with no message calling throughout the day.

Calling on a phone I have registered on the Do Not Call site. This is a business phone and it's very inconvenient to have calls interrupted by call waiting from a company that is breaking the law by calling.

Alumni, my___!  The number called and asked for my wife today. The guy told me he's calling from Long Island University, checking record information for alumni of the school. Not only is my wife not an alumna of that school, she's never heard of it!  Neither had I until I answered that call.  No doubt, it's a data mining firm.And yes, I am on the DNC list.  A lot of good that does, though, when the law was written to exempt specifc organizations, such as political parties.

I am the receptionist at our company and I litterally had 10 calls come up at the same time on my computer screen of this number.  They were calling for alumni.  I disconnected every one of them and on the one I did answer, I told them that none of our guys were interested and how many calls I had to try to answer from them.

They have been calling me every day (including Sundays) for two weeks now and don't leave a message.

This is PCI a data gatherer for Alumni information. They called me 7 times on a Sunday and 7 times on a Monday AFTER I called them and told them NOT to call.  I've emailed all my alumni organizations and asked them, if they do business with these clowns, to please tell them how absolutely counterproductive this tactic is. Even when you answer the call, no message, no person is there.

Every night for days we get a call from this number with "unidentified" as the caller ID.  If we answer we get a dial tone. We are on the do not call list.  How can we stop these calls?
