Leave a CommentA recorded message offered to help lower my credit card bills. I am on the do not call list and waited to talk with a live person. When I asked for the name of the company he said "Card Services Financial" The caller id #
She left a message saying "this is Jennifer from the Financial Card Services. I want to offer you an alternative to paying high interest rates on credit cards..." blah blah blah.
I am so irritated with this company! They call several times a week and leave the same message about lowering interest rates on debt over 5000,which we don't even have! I called and took my name off their call list and then kept getting the same calls! I called to speak to a manager and they transferred me to the same recording to enter my phone number to remove it from their list. I kept calling back to speak to a manager and I told them I didn't want the recording a***n and they wouldn't even let me finish speaking before they transferred me to the same recording. I kept calling back at least 5 or 6 times and had this happen every time or they would just **** up on me with out transferring me. They shouldn't be able to get away with this. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I think you should do the same. I'm looking for an address for Financial Card Services to give to the BBB. Does anyone have it? Lets stop these annoying non customer service calls now!!!

I get at least one call a day from these folks. It is annoying and would like for them to stop calling me. They left their number and if anyone WAS interested they would call them back so QUIT calling me.
This is a business number and this company gets at least (2) calls per day from your sales people. I've tried to get this number and our PBX number removed from your call list with no results. This is extremly aggrevating and needs to be taken care of. The office we call has no manager and no way to reach anyone. This has got to stop and Now!!!!! Phone numbers to be removed are 949-598-9200 & 949-609-3300. Diane-Receptionist
I have been called in June, July, and now August. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their list and enter my number into their automated system they always transfer me to; to be remove. I still keep getting called and when I ask for a supervisor I get transfered to their automated system a***n. This is very frustrating. They did tell me that they are primarily located in California although are a national company. Also on their recording they claim they are a non-profit company.
Been asked to be removed from list, repeated calls and messages back. Call their number a***n and just get music now.
Calls 2-3 times a day
Calling and leaving a cut off message. All I get is the phone number.
This number calls claiming to help with credit card debt which I do not have. When I called them to request they remove my name from the list, they ***g up.
This scam artist company tries to get your bank card info pretending to****ist with getting a lower interest rate on credit cards, of which I have none. They still call even numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. Claims to be Jennifer. Caller ID this time was
They continue to call a business line about consolidating credit card debt. I want to make them stop calling. I have called them back twice and told them I need the number they are calling removed & they **** up on me. I've asked for a supervisor apparently they have none. And of course they **** up on you. Someone needs to close this call center down since they are nothing but rude when you want answers. You can remove your phone number 30 times--they will keep calling it.

I have received a call from this outfit each day now for the last week. I called back to find out who they're trying to reach and they just said it's a random call. I told them to take my number off the list and I am still receiving calls from them. What do I do? I have had my new telephone number for only two weeks and have been fluded with these types of calls.

Daily calls to our business phones. Operator has told me 3 times now that our number has been removed.
I am on the "Do not Call list". I have an unpublished number. I got a call from "Jennifer" at Financial Card Services at 3:16 pm (DST) today. It sounded like a recording!
S****ed with a call from ( according to CID )
I've asked them to stop calling, but they don't. Ever.
Annoying pre-recored daily calls to our business phone.
I don't even have a credit card. I asked where they were located and was told because of security I can not know this. I laughed and ***g up
THEY CALL EVERY DAY AND WON'T STOP. I HAVE NOW CALLED THEM BACK AND ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LIST.
