This number calls my home all day long. They will not say where they are calling from, just their name and that I should call back. I will not call a number where I do not know who they are.
May 8,11:15 am cell phone call from Stacy Edwards-urgent that I call back today. I ignored the call because no info was given. Second call from Stacy came on May 12 at 9:01 same message. Cell phone listed her # as
Rude VM just to call Back Don't know her nor her issue Call was placed through
I call that number 800-983 4730 an it was Stacy Edwards it is some Amercian express crusie.......... ? i told the i want my number off the list.
After resear****g online I have found that 800-983-4730 is for a collection agency, which I know I have a couple medical bills I am unable to pay in full right now. But my complaint is that the caller only left a message stating "it is very important to return the phone call, but left no company info".
Female caller stated it was important for me to call back. No subject information. I did not nor will not call back.
I get these calls at least twice a day / even though I am working with someone to resolver the matter and the people I have worked with have issued a cease and desist order, but the calls continue.
I got a message from this number from a Adam Hall. when I called the number and ask what company they were they ***g up on me.
the other day a Gary code or goad called from a Nashville, TN # wanting "you" to call and discuss a important matter, today a Stacy Edwards called from the same # with the same message wanting "you" to call a different 800 #. I don't know who or what these ppl are/want. Sounds fishy to me tho
person is calling for my stepson, who lived in this house at this number for 2 months, 10 YEARS AGO! i explained this to ms edwards, who said she woud take my number out of their system (this was after several calls), yet two days later she called a***n with the same message.
I am getting daily phone calls from a Stacy Edwards or another gentleman demanding that I call them back. they do not state the reason for their call, the company, or what the intent is. they also do not say who they are trying to reach. I want them to stop harrasing me
Keeps calling I am now going to have # investigated!!
This numbers keeps calling even know I am on the do not call list, trying to get police involved now.
Has called me several times at work and home. Very rude and will not explain anything, just states I owe money and how do I want to pay.
This call on caller I.D. came in at number 847-305-4179
I have received numerous messages from both Stacy and a Greg Williams on my home phone and one on my work line from Stacy. They obviously received my contact info from somewhere and it's possibly from a debt I owed at one time, however I have resolved all debts through the bankruptcy courts and shouldn't be receiving any calls from debt collectors. The messages haven't been as bad as some noted on this site, but I do consider them harrassing. My husband has provided them with our attorney's name that handled the bankruptcy and ask them not to call back but they continue to call. At this point our home phone is set to do not disturb so that we can monitor all incoming calls and we're considering turning our land line off completely and strictly using cell phones.Laws should be enforced regarding this type of harrassment. I acknowledged debts incurred during a messy divorce and worked out a plan to repay everyone with the help of the bankruptcy courts. I shouldn't have to be harrassed on a daily basis too.
Stacy in her sweet innocent little voice is telling me it is imperative I call her back. Basically I was getting calls from a REAL person on this phone about a legal matter a few months ago for a period of about six to eight weeks. It appears my cell number was this person's before and so I asked them to take me off. Now I am getting these calls, which means instead of taking this number out of their list, they passed it on to these guys. I will not be calling them back as I have NO outstanding bills whatsoever.
I got a call from "Stacy Edwards" saying that it was imperitave that we call her back today. She did not say who she was calling for. I have had the call from Chris Smith before, too, but he left a different number for us to call back (which we didn't). These calls have not been mean calls yet, all they say is that they want us to call back, but we do not even know who they are. I hope they find so****ing better (legal) to do with their time.
Had Stacy, Greg, and Chris all leave messages for me. I spoke with Greg on the phone all he did was yell and belittle me. 15minutes later Chris Smith (same voice) called and left a nastly message on my voicemail saying i have an issue with their company and need to call back immediatly. W***ver these people are or whatever company.. Its not right. And i wish action would be taken a***nst them and the way they conduct their buisness.
Stacey Edwards called (and left a voicemail message) stating that it is imperative that I call back by 6pm central time. I heard other voices in the background. The Caller ID number was:
received call from Bessie Edwards stating that she wanted a return call by 6 pm central time today. Did not say who she was looking for. Also receiving calls from Chris Smith, which is a recorded message. When I called the number back there was no such person(they said he was away from his desk)but further investigation showed other people receiving calls from this recording. I told him that I did not know the person he was trying to reach. They abruptly ***g up on *****e next day I received another call from this recording stating that " I should be excited that he will be able to solve this problem, whatever the problem was he was talking about and I should return his call.
Same male voice, saying I thought we had this matter settled. Or "it is imperative that you contact me by 6 pm. I have no idea who this person is!
We went on vacation and I left my phone at home. When we returned, there were 13 messages, one for everyday that I didn't have my phone from Mr. Williams. He obviously has watched too many Soprana episodes as his tone became more threatening and mob boss like towards the last of the 13 messages. My husband recorded each of them and we decided to contact Mr. Williams, with the recorder in hand so we could figure this out. He asked for my name, I gave it to him and then he asked for my telephone number. He then asked for my real name, and I told him my name a***n. He asked me a***n only more threatening as if I was lying, then my husband got on the phone and told him who he was and what were obsessive phone calls all about and to explain himself. He then mentioned a name we had never heard before of the person he was trying to get in contact with and that they had a debt with him that has gone unpaid. He said we could either be honest and face up to our obligation or he would make trouble for us. My husband asked him what company he worked for and Mr. Williams said he was in charge and to pay up or 'lose everything in our life'. We informed him that he had the wrong phone number, but irregardless we were recording the call and would turn it into the FCC and AG's office. We found out that there are several complains with the FCC on this company, who the company is that Mr. Williams works for and where they are located. If this company treats people that do not even have a debt with them (we have never even opened a credit card before), then I can only imagine how they treat people who do have a debt with them. Their tactics are illegal and they are being investigated. File your story with the FCC and state AG's office.
Just a rude message saying as I recall; "I thought we had this matter settled, you need to call me now" and left this number. I have no idea who this person is or why he is calling my work number
Very clipped male voice recording saying I needed to take care of this situation but couldn't discuss it over p***n with me. I should call. I ***g up. Next day same male voice recording saying he though I wanted to handle this matter but evidently not, so I better call hndle this matter. I called angry and kept askfing who are you and what do you want? He's very beligerent and tried to overtalk me, telling ME off. I finally ***g up.
