We have called your unsubscribe numbers and the faxes continue to be sent. Our office equipment and supplies are restricted to use only by our staff and clients. Please take notice that our company has implemented a fee for receipt and handling of unsolicited faxes. For each unsolicited fax sent to us, we will charge $500 for receipt and handling of the fax. This mail has been cent certified with return receipt therefore any future faxes received from your company will cons***ute prima facie evidence that you accept the handling fee. As with all of our receivables, any charges not paid within thirty days of mailing (in most cases these are also sent certified mail) will be charged 18% per annum which is 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, so the actual per annum cost may be higher is bills are not paid promptly.  Items not paid in ninety days will be referred to District Court for Small Claims Action, and these may have additional fees imposed by the Court, such as reimbur*****t of attorney fees, filing fees or other incidental costs****ociated with collecting unpaid accounts. Here's what I found out. The FCC hasn't done anything, but apparently the State of Nevada does:http://www.fyiconsumer.org/Forms/ComplaintFormReno.pdfSend it in with the faxes. My attorney says at some point they'll (State of Nevada) will send me a correspondence with the name and address of a real person. At that point we send that person a certified letter saying that you'll charge them $500 for each unsolicited fax. They'll stop then.

The business real name is Advantage Business Consulting and the owner is ***d North. Unfortunately I could not find any current numbers or info about the company or him. They are pretty good at hiding themselves while they continue to send us faxes.

This company faxes from several different numbers. I also have tried to remove my number from the lists and they continue to waste expensive ink. The other numbers I have are 866-505-1160, 866-793-7402, 866257-2075, and 866-317-4701. They also send faxes about cheap vacations. The company is supposedly ABC Marketing, PO Box 42837, Reno, NV 89504

I too keep getting faxes from various groups. They claim ABC Marketing is the source. If you want revenge s**** calling the 800 numbers of the Health Insurance, etc who are benefitting by this illegal action. I s****ed calling "Ric" every five minutes until someone got on the phone and promised to get me off their list. The next fax came from Orlando,Fl. vacations. They immediately promised to get me removed when I threatened to call them every five minutes. I have filed a formal complaint with my EFAX service who got my permission to pursue them in court.You can block your phone number from showing up by using so****ing like #67.Drive them nuts and they will stop using ABC if that truly is what is taking place.

I get the same insurance fax just about EVERDAY at various times of the day and night.  We request to get removed each time and when we put in our number it says we have already been removed.  If we have, then why to do we keep getting these faxes?????!!!I called around and the only way to REALLY make it stop is to fill out the form located at: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/1088A-R.pdf*It is four pages but really two and one half of data that you need to fill out.

I, too, have been trying to get off this list.  I just called and threatened them with the Do Not Call List and was told to write ABC Marketing Group, P.O. Box 42837, Reno, NV 89504.  When I google ABC Marketing Group in Reno nothing comes up.

I have been getting these junk faxes from this number for months. I have called the number to be removed and recording says it has already been removed. I called the number for the "Health" insurance and get the rudest man I have ever encountered. I have filed FCC form 1088A for complaint. I have called my local Attorney General's office and was told that I would first need to notify the company in writing but I don't know what company it is nor where to write them. I am an individual not needing insurance services and do not wish to use my paper and ink to receive unwanted faxes.

Junk fax saying to call 1-866-432-7612.  The first lines of the fax say "Call now! Before enrollment ends. Little to no co-pay for doc visit".  It is an unsolicited junk fax.  The number "to be removed from their database" provided is 1-866-395-8075.  I called from our fax and it was supposed to have removed our fax number.  However we received another one 3/10/2008 and I a***n called and it said that the number had already been removed.  I had called a few weeks ago to be removed; if it had been removed, there would have been no receipt of the later fax. I did call the other number also to try to talk to a person.  He got smart with me when I asked to speak to someone with authority and told me that just by calling the 1-866-432-7612 number that my number is added that I called from.  Was rude, uncooperative and ***g up on me.  Also when we ran a fax report, there is no iden***y number.  There is no company listed.  In fact I googled the 1-866-432-7612 number to get this 800notes.com site.  Our company is a government agency and we will take action to prevent our fax ma****es from being utilized by unidentified companies.

my situation is identical to bren's dated 2/18/2008!I to called the **** and received several other faxes right after.The first was 1-800-989-8613 for health insurance, the second fax I received  was also health insurance but the number was 866-432-7612. I have tried endlessly to call the removal data base and this seems to fuel the faxes.HELP!
