President, if I didn't have the money to pay them , why the***** do you think I have the money to pay you ? charge it to the game...
This is a company called Professional Recovery Consultants. They usually handle past due medical recovery from doctors, physicians, and hospitals.
They've called my cell phone, my office # and my home, they do not identify themselves. I would kindly return ther're messages if I knew who they were!
Calls my cell phone at least once a day. No message.
Jason, Come on, that is a complete lie. We may want your debit card number, but not because you won benefits, but to pay your debt obligation. Just because you can say so****ing anonymously on the website doesn't mean you should get on here and lie and slander our name. If you have a legitimate compliant, contact me at [email protected].
I got a call from this number just a minute ago. It's those people that always want your debit card numbers saying that you've won some kind of benefits.
I keep getting calls from this number and they won't leave a message which makes me think they are telemarketers. I want it to stop!! I am on the do not call list for pete's sake!!!!!!!
As I have instructed before, email me directly at [email protected] with your number that we are calling and I will research the issue. I can't help if you don't tell me the number.
Dear President: I just telephoned your company back after getting the 4th call this week, explained I didn't get to the phone in time to answer about 8 min. ago....who are they looking for -how can I help to stop the calls. When I gave the lady/rep my telephone number, she cannot even find me in your system. ???? I explained I had someone at the door earlier, could not get to the phone, but did dial *57 a***n (Annoyance Call Center) to trace the call as proof I am getting the calls. Now, how is this that I am getting calls from your company, but when they TRY to see who the telephone number belongs, or why they are calling -it's a mystery. I'll just keep dailing *57 and let law enforcement handle this. As for your company and the rude people you have working for you -they are rude....even when they've dialed a repeatedly wrong number.

We can not reveal the reason why we are calling until we have verified you are the correct person we are looking for. To do so is a violation of the FDCPA, look it up. The very things that you complain about are the very laws your brilliant politicians have put in place to "protect" you. If you don't like, call your legislators to c****e the laws. Avoiding us is not the way to get the calls to stop. Do you really think we want to waste our time calling people who don't owe the money? Let us know if you aren't who we are looking for and we can remove your number. If you are who we are looking for, take care of your obligations or tell us you never have the intention of paying and the calls will stop. We don't want to waste our time and efforts, it costs money. Communicating with us is the best course of action, not avoidance. If we are "rude" or won't remove your number if you aren't the debtor, contact me at [email protected] and I will investigate. Keep in mind that being rude is not verifying who you are or making a professional demand for payment of your obligation.
Keeps calling for susan make them ATP if you get a live person they **** up
non stop even after I talked to them
This # keeps calling my phone and just leaving a voice mail * I need u to call me back its very important* Yea right! I have no debt! If thats what this # really is...
They keep calling my cell phone but don't leave a message.
Called my ***her's house looking for me which is an unpublished number and I have no debts
If you can not give any info of why you are calling DO NOT CALL or LEAVE A MESSAGE. I do not have anyone I owe any thing to. I will get a Formal Cease and Desist letter
This number calls my phone everyday and does not leave a message.
Call incessantly despite having wrong information and being told of this.
Hounding me continuously, no idea why. I owe no debts. I don't care if I'm in their "system". If they are not going to state their company's name, then I find that generally does mean S***... so Mister President, why don't you work on your business model, because there are obviously only complaints! I will not trust some random 800 number from sketchy Durham, nor will I find any validation unless you leave a message that is honest and straightforward. That's terrible business ethics, and I feel that it should be illegal to continually hound someone like this, with no credibility. I personally have had to hire debt collectors before, and I know for a fact that they would state their company's names at least in their messages.
I am the President of PRC. If we are calling you and you have asked us to stop by submitting a formal cease and desist letter (in writing), then I want to know. If you have not communicated with us or sent a cease and desist letter then we will continue to call the accounts in our system. Talking/communicating your intentions with us is the best way for us to stop calling you. We don't want to talk to the wrong party and we want to identify the accounts in our system that are unwilling to pay so that we can save our resources for accounts that will and then notify our Client of your intentions. If we are calling you for a person you don't know, please call us and tell us this so we can remove the number, otherwise we won't know. We can not leave a message with the nature of our call or it may violate the FDCPA. We are not S***, we attempt to operate ethically and perform the job our Clients have hired us to do in a professional manner. We provide a valuable service to many Clients in many industries. We all would be paying more money for everything if our industry did not exist. If we are not doing this in a professional manner, you are welcome to email me directly at [email protected]. A***n, I can't stress enough that you can end the communication by communicating with us or sending us a formal cease and desist, which we will honor.
The people keep calling for someone I don't know. S***
Do not call me on my job nor at home this is harassment.
They have called several times asking for someone that I do not know--each time I have told them that they have the wrong number and request that they remove my number from their records. I have been****ured that my number has been removed, but I keep getting calls from them asking for the same person.
caller will not leave message, repeat calls
message on answering ma****e incomplete. (??? words not complete) sales call, someone will be with you shortly
They are calling my main HR office to look for me don't know who they are. They leave messages on my house phone and now work. When I returned the phone call today they say they do not have records of calling my work, but they are not looking for me once I verified info and yet still called back to my work not 45 min later. DON'T understand these people nor know what they want...seems like they will be hard to get rid of!
they just leave message to call back with nmo mention of a company or reason why? So of course I do not call the number back but if they would advise a comapnay or reason I.
Left voicemail sounding of an urgent nature stating "I need [blank] to call me TODAY. The number to call is 1-800-991-5265. My name is..." I don't know who's calling nor do I care, but it's rather annoying. Especially since I never give out the number I can actually be reached at and only the land line number of my mailing address.
Calls REPEATEDLY for someone who doesn't live here, even when we tell them they have the wrong number.
Calls my cell which is a Fayetteville, NC area code. It's part of a plan with two daughters and myself. They have called three times this week.
