well this number called me numerous times and ther lady was do rude on the other end when I would call to speak to supervisor she indicated that she was and they not only say they are checks by encore but hey area warrant division for the city of omaha ne and then sd they can evern put out a warrant for arrest get your license suspended and then not only that by will charge you 15 times the amount that a company may send you collections for. Its crazy but watch out the info you provide them because you aren't the only one they are harrassing and they don't say they are a collection agency. Not only do I get calls from them but they sent me a letter saying that I was involved in an incident that violated State Law.  The letter only had a PO Box address in Snellville, GA.  The letter went on to say that they could****ure me that this was not a scam and that if I would call them they would discuss the incident with me further.  VERY strange!!!!

I received a call from this #678-708-0202 and they say call this #1-800-994-4422 and I call and some one answer and said home for the elder an when I went to say so****ing that ***g up. They left a message about a badcheck that they had receive and that it need to call them as soon as possible.I call and the lady was very rude. and told me to stop been a **** and ***g up.

This same number keeps calling my cell phone and asking for Susan. I told them this is not Susan and I do not know a "Susan". I've asked them to update their information and quit calling my number. Unfortunately it still continues. I just received another call only moments ago. It was an automated call this time saying it was an urgent call for Susan and please call back. I called the number to reiterate they have the wrong number, and it said "checks by Encore" and all customer service agents were busy please leave a message, blah, blah, blah.....

I received an automated phone call from this number saying it was urgent for me to call back from 9-5 EST M-F regarding my involvement in a criminal matter.  When I called the number back, it said "Checks by Encore" and that all customer service agents were busy but to leave a message and my call would be returned.
