I have requested that they remove my cell phone number from their database several times but they continue to call. I have advised them to cease and desist the phone calls, however their response was have a nice day. The person that answered when I returned the call stated that they were neither telemarketers nor collectors. Why do they continue to call?

Got a call on my cell phone with a recorded message. I ***g up and called the number back. The operator asked if I was David. I replied "No". She apologized and said the call was for David!
