I ordered the caci berry and the colon cleanse for .99 each and noticed several large charges on my bill.  I tried to cancel, but the number isn't good anymore.

I didn't order this product. I ordered a colon cleanse product called Natra Pure. When I called to cancel this product, I was enrolled in several programs such as Fit Factory, Price Limbo, Cost King. Then several days later, I received a bottle of Extreme Green Tea and TriSlim Ultra which I didn't order. I was able to cancel everything except TriSlim Ultra and no one can tell me how my name and information was given to this company and I continually get a busy signal for the number on the bottle. 801-208-7485The paper that came with TriSlim Ultra says to call  877-350-8480 to cancel but the customer service reps cannot help and say they don't handle service for this product

I ordered the free sample of caci berry & noticed a charge of $89.31 on my debit card. I tried calling but cannot get through since there is always 150 callers ahead of me & its a long distance charge. This is a scam & I contacted my bank & filled out an affadavid a***nst this company.

I called to cancel this ****** scam product.  I spoke with an Allen at 1-801-208-7485 and told him to cancel NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  HE SAID HE WOULD AND GAVE ME A COMFIRMATION #.  I better not get any more additional charges on my card.  People are so sick !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You can't trust anything now days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered never received the order now I am getting hit with a 81.31 dollor charge on my account I did not think this was a ripoff.

Tried to call the number 801-208-7485. Got answering service. Unable to cancel my order.

me too i have to wait 30 minutes and the operator tell me i cannot return even i didn't order

Same deal, 10 min wait and a rep, acme on the phone and stated that the product was not returnable.  after they had a second one.  I Canceled the shipment, and received a cancellation number/.

I received the auto shipment after the free trial and need to cancel this (  I failed to read the terms) , when I saw all these negative posts I was afraid  I would need to cancel my C.C I called the phone number 1-801-208-7485 and was on hold for about 10-150 minutes , a Rep came online , canceled the shipments and gave me a cancellation number
