This number left a message on my voicemail stating they are a debt collector. But I know for sure i have no unpaid bills.

I have been studying, body language and patterns for my forensic ******logy class, and have found one on you Monty? it seems whenever you question supervisor or (sp?) in your words you use that symbol, why for the last two years have you been fumbling around in a meaningless debt collection blog, trying to make yourself known ? The only logical explanation is that you float around as a debtor and try to make up for your misgivings by bad mouthing the same thing you are ashamed of your bad debt! You need to get a grip, and pay your bills and maybe you would relinquish this veiled enemy you obviously have a continued relationship with, maybe you like it??

I got a call at 4:30 p m and it was Dawn Saunders, refused to say who she was with or why she was calling. . .

Using another number, this same company called for the previous owner of my cell phone. They do not identify their company, and when I returned the call when they answer they likewise do not identify their company name. In the first call I received, the speaker was very aggressive and made a veiled threat, which, though it was not directed at me personally, gives us an insight into the m****ity of the people running this company. I left a message that their calling technique was not appropriate and that if they persisted I would report them to the authorities. They called a second time, now using this number. The second call was more neutral, but when I called to speak to a manager, who identified herself as "Kris (sp?) Miller," I was basically given a brush off, as if I had no right to be upset. Based on research I had done, I was even able to tell them where they might find the person who owed them money, but Ms. Miller's tone was insultingly skeptical, as if I could not have been able to have come upon the information that they did not have. In short, this is not a well run business. Employees of a well run business identify themselves and their company. They speak in a clear and measured manner, not in a rush. They definitely do not make threats, veiled or otherwise. Managers of a well run business are eager to correct bad impressions the public may have of their company. This manager was not, which suggests that the owner provides no guidance in matters of ethics or m****s. Alas, this may be typical of business, big and small.

Morgan is probably a bogus name, because the bill I got was bogus.  I got a bill from them saying I owed $700.00 more than what I actually owed, (which by the way, I am paying to my creditor directly, anyway).  So their mail is bogus as well.  I sent them an email containing the 'Cease & Desist' letter to bill collectors today, stating they will get one in the mail, as well.  I have a pretty unusual name, and I know there is a woman who has been using my name for the past 20 years or so.  I found this out when I was taken to American Fork Hospital Emergency Dept. due to ****** which prohibits me from working, they drew my blood but put my name with her birth date on the blood tube.  They even had me checked in under this 'Liars' name.  I am only beginning to unravel the garbage she has left behind.  'DO NOT TRUST CHECKNET"

Kris Miller left a voice mail on my cell saying I needed to call her "here" at 801-223-9988 by 5 pm today. Didn't say where "here" was or what this was in regards to.

Got a call from this number today for my brother, who happened to be at work at the time, called him on his cell and he didn't know who it would be. My sister told me to google the number and see what came up. Seen it was on this collection stuff....don't know why they would be calling my brother. Anyways, after I googled it I called the number and of course got the corporate office and so I asked to speak to "Morgan" the person who left a message, I was told "Morgan" was out of the office today, (funny she just called me about 30 minutes ago) and the man on the phone said he could help me if I gave him my reference number, "Morgan" never left such a number, I told him I only wanted to speak with her and ***g up.....lets see if they call back!

I just received a call from this caller.  They left a message stating it was urgent I phone them back and left a referance number.  I returned the call and said I had reached their corporate offices??? to leave  a message and my call would be returned.  Has anyone been able to reach an actual person at the return number givin?

Got a call at 8:00 am saying, this is Rebeca I need a call back at 801-233-9988, then she repeated herself.

I got the same number calling me saying that I needed to call him back as soon as possible. He never said why I need to call him back or anything. Just that he needed to speak to me. Craziness!!!!

girl said her name as ashley dealer and that my name was on an account and i should call her back before the end of the day @ 8012239988. i was given a reverence number as well.the first call i got, I answered (thinking it could be a****ential job offer) and the girl asked for michael. I said "s***king", and she ***g up on me. Then called back a***n and left a voicemail.

someone called my cell phone with this number said her name is Tammy and it is very urgent that I call her back and she left a reference number the call back number is the same 801-223-9988.

This is a collection agency I was called at 8:30 am he said this is brian give me a call back at 801-223-9988 but did not say what it was for.
