Left his name and number on answering ma****e said he had seen my resume on line and wanted me to call him back by end of business day tomorrow. Did not say what company he was with or even mention my name.

Exact same thing happened to me. Because my name was not mentioned in his message, it's probably a telemarketer or scammer -- not to mention I've never put my resume online.

Said he had seen my resume on-line and wanted me to call him to set up an interview.  Then he said he was from 801-317-0249 and his name was Jean Jensen and to call him.
