There is only one real Person connected to this number and it is Rodney B. Carter of Orem, Utah. The other possible user of the same number is not a person (ed orem pnp) it was only to intimidate and harass a neighbor Named Ed who made allegations he was afraid Rodney Carter was involved with illegal drug use and possibly sakes and Ed was c**** led by the same number as Rodney but the caller ID showed the fake reference to Ed and drugs was harassment and should be removed and reported as such
