You are only as strong as the talent pool you hire from.  The problems that I have experienced with these guys, consultnet, and volt is that they fail on their communication s****s.  Either the job scope is poorly explained, or completely wrong, or the expectations from the client is not what is explained to you.  Either way, you come out of it worse for the wear.

This is from a recruiter (technical) Robert Half Technologies.  I have not had a very good experience working with these folks.  They have a very high turnover rate for technical recruiters.They ask you to come in and take a technical****essment.  I don't mind this as I score in the 85% percentile of top Java developers.The problem is they have never sent me on an interview and their contract agreements are the most restrictive in Utah.I would suggest you work with another agency instead (SOS Technical or Consultnet)
