Two Indian sounding guys claimed to be following up on a computer problem. As I had actually had a problem, I got ****ed in and went along with them. They used a Citrix app to get into my PC and then my alarm bells s****ed going off and I told them to get out, which they did. I scoured my PC and removed a downloaded app they installed and ran my Webroot security scan for malware and found none. I'm hoping they are actually gone. Bad news experience.
