If you signed up for any type of at home based business thru the internet. You will get several calls from this company. The name on my caller ID this time was IBS. I've seen Cicero Research too.  Also keep seeing Merchant S.  The people calling are NOT customer service representatives. They will argue back with you. They will try and keep you on the line. They ARE VERY RUDE.

They have called me multiple times with no messages left! I'm very tired of them calling me!

got the call 1/21/2011, didn't answer, no message left.

Today at 300pm est, got a call on my cell phone which is on the do not call list.  I missed answering it but from what I have read, it is a research company.  These calls have got to stop, as it was a good thing I was not taking a nap.

I am on the Do Not Call list, and just got a call from this number. If it's Commercial that makes it NOT legitimate.I've received a series of Uninvited texts and a harassing voice call in the past week so I Googled instead of answering. They are part of an Iden***y theft ring. Do not call them back or answer their calls .

yup.  I called them too.  they're not selling info, just asking harmless questions.

I called them. They do NOT sell your information.  They just appear to want to hear our opinion.  When you answer and no one is there it's b/c their system makes phone calls in the background and a call center agent isn't available to answer. They seem totally legitimate to me.

This is a telemarketing research group. They are calling to verify the phone number works. Then they sell it and **** you get more calls from telemarketers. They should go away.

If you call the number back an automated message tells you that this is a market research company that conducts surveys for a number of companies, they do not sell anything, but only call existing customers of these various companies to conduct surveys for them. Sounds like a bunch of b.s. to me...

received this call from a guy ask me to give him a trash. i **** up on it

Received call today and didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voice mail.  They left no message.  Caller ID says it's from Cicero Research.  I checked their web site, and it says that they're a marketing research firm.  One of their customers is Citigroup, and if that's what they're calling about, I'd be glad to tell them to shove Citigroup where the sun doesn't shine! I've had very bad experiences with Citigroup (lies, cancelled money transfers that I needed to pay bills, and more lies), and I refuse to deal with them (Citigroup) anymore.

Ive received a call from this number twice this week.  First time I didnt answer, no message left.  Second time I answered and there was no response.  Annoying

Received a call from this number today Monday Jan 5, 2009 at 6:44:26 AM. No one talked and ***g up after 5 seconds. I just want to know who is that individual and why is he/she disturbing me early morning?!!
