Caller ID says "UTAH", call times range from 530pm to 8pm, it is not a state or fed gov #, they tend not to call after hours, besides, I would likely get a letter in the mail before a gov worker wanted to call during happy hour. Calls do not occur everyday, some times day after day, some occur randomly every 2-3 days, longest now has been 7-10 days. This isnt robo-dialing I think, rather, an individual worthy of purchasing a phone that blocks calls such that I can avoid that creepy feeling when the phone rings.
