This number keeps calling my phone as well and has been for well over a year. Today a female left a message and said that I was going to be summoned into court....this is so****ing they've been threatening me with from the get go, yet I've never recieved any correspondence from them through the mail which raised a red flag....Oh, and the female did not leave her name in the message.

these losers called me about a debt from 1997 that I didn't even know about.  I filed a complaint with the Utah BBB, my states BBB, and also the Fair Credit Act.  I also sent those losers a cease and desist letter.  Haven't had a phone call since.

Paul Law Office is being sued by me. they contacted me about a 10yr old debt harrassed me and my family they have no rights under the fair debt act to do so.they make money buy scaring people into paying there debts,they threatened to take my home and take me to court.please make them pay by filing a complaint with the fair debt act they will review your case for free and take it if you have one with no money

My sister received a phone call from this number stating that I needed to contact their office back at 866-507-5050; otherwise, I was going to be served a summons to appear in court plus pay several ***dreds of dollars for court costs.  I tried calling them back the same day to no avail.  All you receive is a voicemail recording regardless as to which extension you use and if you press "0" for the Operator, it states that you're 2nd in cue and should continuing holding, then it says your calling 1 in cue, then music, then nothing.  This is a bunch of hockeysticks.  I use to work for an attorney so I know my rights.  These people shouldn't threaten to do anything to you especially when you've never received any correspondence from them and the SOL is up.  This company and it's staff should be locked up how they communicate with individuals. Some of us aren't deadbeat non-payers.  Alot of citizens have fallen on their luck or gotten over their heads in credit card, etc... debt and just are stuck.  If you had the money, I'm sure you would pay it but money doesn't go on trees and you have a family to support too.

A man named Dennis Lowe keeps calling my ***hers house regarding an old bill of mine that never got paid (11 years old as a matter of fact). My mistake but I advised Mr. Lowe to discontinue calling my ***hers house. At that point Mr. Lowe stated that he will call my ***hers house as much as he wanted and he has every right to. I advised him that is considered harrassment and to discontinue calling there.

I received a call from attorney Tracey Paul office on March 25, 2009 from a Ron Eowan. He was looking for a friend of mine. At first, he was trying to be a smooth and fast talker, but when I would not comply with his demands, the real beast in him exploded. He was a very unprofessional ignoramus. We argued on the phone for a while and I asked him not to call back. He state that he would and he did just that. There was so much said that I can not repeat it all, but I let him have it. I also called to complain to his supervisor, Shawn Hall. That was really a waste of time because it yielded ***a. I decided to call back and talk to Ron Eowan so that I could harass him some and during our conversation, he called my name. Now I know that doesn't sound like much, but when you are in my line of work, you pick up on every little detail. I did not tell Ron my name, but I did leave it in my message to Shawn. So that tells me that Shawn was there, he just did not want to deal with me but I am not going to let it go. I am going to pursuit every avenue there is to try and put a stop to their illegal "organization". I will take this to Capital Hill if need be, maybe this will make history as a landmark case. Anyway it's on!!!!

got a call from paul law offices, calling about my son who owes a credit card debt, my son is disabled receiving ssdi for a severe mental illness, they told me because i am his representative payee for social security they will garnish my bank account.........NOT,,,,but they have my son so frightened from all the threatening calls he is afraid to go outside the house.  He actually wanted to make a deal to pay them off so they would quit telling him they would have a someone at the door in 2 days to take him away.  he doesn't have any****ests, no bank account, so they talked him into getting a prepaid credit card so they could debit 250p/month  when my son got upset because they threatened him a***n, he was told by dennis to "take your pills and go to bed and call me in the morning" my son supposedly owes over 4k for a credit card with a $300 limit

I got a call saying they wanted to send me correspondence between my mother and I about my debts.My mother has been dead for over a year.  If that isn't proof they will say anything to get you on the phone so they can threaten you, I don't know what is.

Just received a second call for them, looking for my sister.  First phone call, they asked for a phone number for her, saying I was a contact and wanted to make sure it was the "right" one.  (She had just told me she put me down as a contact for a job or I wouldn't have confirmed it).  Sister called them back and it's a 5 year old debt that she can't remember.  Then they called her back, leaving 3 messages during the day.  She was at work and the last message threatened her.  She called them back and told them not to threaten her, she had to work, for crying out loud, and not to call back.  They called me back and wanted to leave a message for her.  I asked how they found me, as they had lied about my being a contact.  She said that they put a person's info into a software searcher and it tells them anyone that person's ever had****ociation with: in-laws, out-laws, cousins, aunts, etc.  And apparently they'll call them all!  Oh, well.  I ***g up.  Hope they leave me alone.

called looking for a Frank Phillips, told him there was no one here by that name (there isn't) and to stop calling me.  he told me not to answer my phone then. this is really harrassment and he laughed about it the idiot.

called my sisters house. told them they sent letters, when asked to where they had no answer.

These leaches called me several times at my work and try to solicit money on so****ing that I do not owe.  I have contacted the Texas Attorney Generals office and they told me do not give these people the time of day.  It is a low life attorney that bought some bad debt for pennies on the dollar and uses scare tactics to collect it.  In my case I co-signed for another guy on a $450 loan and all is paid but $85 dollars.  He is paying it off in payments of $5-10 at a time and until it is paid they will continue to call me.  He will not get a penny out of me and will be getting a call from the State of Texas.  He said he would file a lein on my house but he is sadly mistaken because he can't do that in the state of Texas.  A real low-life.

this co has been harassing me for months. There is a law suit a***nst them right now for harassing consumers.

Called stating it was the law firm and I was called because I was a reference.  I told him not to call me a***n and he said he would call regardless.

They called me like 6 or 7 times, before I returned their call.  Talked to a receptionist, she said they removed my number from that person's file, and I thought that was it.  Then, a few days later, the calls resumed a***n.

My sister got a call from the T**** Paul Law Office for me so she gave me the info.  I called the 866 number and left a message.  I then got a call back from an 801-466-2130 number.  The girl's name is Shannon.  I told her she didn't know what she was talking about and she got really angry.  Told me she was going to sue me and everything.  I've read that this a scam. Unfortunately now she has my number.

getting threatening calls from a "Chris Jones".  Has threatened to contact "sheriffs constable" - no such thing, and contact neighbors and relatives.  Will not speak to me because file is in husband's name.  How can he possibly contact neighbors/relatives regarding this.  Isn't that harrassment in itself?
