Leave a Commentbs about lowering credit card rates. get a real person and ask a question, they just **** up.
several calls over the past few months -same thing-either robo lady or **** up. we're on national & local do not call lists-had hoped would help, but they don't. went thru the whole call once & then asked to have number removed from their calling list & gee, guess what-we still get calls!!!!???? maybe I'll call the 800 number above & ask for Joe just for the he-- of it!
Got a call this morning. No message left. But I do recognize the number from before. I have a new phone system that blocks unwanted calls, so their number is now in the list.
I have been getting same calls nonstop for a few months now. Tried everything that I could to trace the number with no luck. Decided today to take a different aproach. I pressed 9 and "Joe" answered the phone. I was plesent and listened to his whole scripted s***ch. I told him that I was very interested in his offer, but had someone on the other line and could I call him back. Anyone interested in the real # to contact these loosers call 1-800-847-2911---Ask for "JOE" and please tell him Jeffery says HI! Hope this helps!

Just rec'd call. No message left. Tried to call back, but get busy signals. Suggest you not pick-up phone when they call. Let them continue to waste their time as well.
Remove me from your call list
Received a call from this number a few minutes ago(came is as Utah Call). They said it was in regards to my credit card. I don't have a credit card other than my debit issued from my bank. Knew it was a scam and didn't press 9 like they said. Don't take this call or go any further than listening to the robot lady on the other end.
I received a call from them today but didn't answer because I was at work. I have no debt and have not had a credit card since 2006 so there is absolutely no reason for them to call me. I would be a prime example that they don't have any connections to credit cards.
i told them to remove my number and the say goodluck to me and ***g up
I received a call from this number; it came up as "wireless caller" which is the only reason why I answered the unknown call figuring it must be someone I knew. The woman on the recording was from "account services" telling me that I needed to talk to someone about reducing my credit card rate and to press 9 to speak to a representative. I pressed 9 and got a young man who began pleasantly until I interrupted him almost immediately to tell him to take me off his call list. He ***g up without another word! Based on the other comments, I expect that I'll be hearing from them a***n soon. So much for the federal do not call list!!!
I have been receiving this **** too only lately when they call I press the number get someone to talk to, we talk a bit and then I tell them I am the County Sheriff and they are being recorded and traced by the local FBI Agent in my office as we speak and would they like to talk to him, they immediately either **** up or promise to remove my number, BS they still called a***n today.
Same as above. Call from "cardholder Services" I don't want these people calling me on my cell phone. *** can it be stopped?
Keeps calling every day
This is a credit consolidation company. I actually took the time to listen to the prerecorded message and then pressed the appropriate key (if I recall correctly, "1") to speak with a customer service representative. She ***g up on my after I attempted to explain that I wanted to be removed from the calling list. I too am infuriated by such irritating phone calls and tried to call this number back, whereupon I get only a rapid busy signal. It is clear that this at best a shoddy organization and almost certainly one operating outside of the law.
LML,I receive the same exact call at least once a week. Last week I tried to see the woman AVON. It is so annoying since they always **** up on me. I always ask where they are calling from and how they got my number. This place needs to be shut down ASAP.
I received a call from the same number tonight. I pressed 9 to speak to a "live" customer representative, they answered card hold services, would u like to lower your interest rate on your MasterCard or Visa? I said u tell me if I have a MC or Visa u called me. They ***g up.
Calls about reducing our credit card interest rate.Have asked to have them remove us but they still call.
thanks for you info-- we received this call too-- nice to see ppl adding their comments to help others!! :)
Received a call this AM - no message was left. Tried to call back - unable to connect.
Just received a random call from this number, Dont know anyone there! They didn't leave a message.
Received a call this morning from 801-503-8622 (according to *69, but that doesn't mean it's a real number.) It's the same idiots from "Card Holder Services" who also call themselves "Account Services" and a few other fake, always generic names. Robo-call informed me that the call was regarding my credit card account but that there was nothing wrong with my account, they want to lower my interest rate, and to consider this my final offer. (Yeah, right! As if! The ****s keep calling because they're scam artists.) I hit 9 to talk to one of the scammers and asked him which credit card he was talking about. He said they cover all Visa, MasterCard, etc. I told him the message specified that it was regarding MY credit card account. He made another generic statement. I told him I had one thing to say to him... and blew an emergency whistle as loudly as I could into the receiver. Small satisfaction but I'll take it. If you ever want to see the mark of a scam, when you get one of these calls from the so-called "Card Member Services" (etc., etc.), try pinning them down as to their real, actual company name, address, valid call-back number, etc. I've tried it before and they try to bluff at first and then **** up on me. If THAT isn't the sign of a scam artist at work, I don't know what is. Oh, and don't think choosing the option to be on their do-not-call list works. That only works with legitimate companies. I pressed that option numerous times in the past and they just keep calling because, apparently, they must think that I'll suddenly become ****** and fall for their scam. I know it should be common sense but I'll say it anyway: Whatever you do, DO NOT give them (or anyone else who calls you) your credit card number. That's what they're after.
No mesage, No Caller I.D. Area Code 801 is Salt Lake City .... we don't know anyone there, nor do we owe any bills. We never answer any unknown calls but we are tired of these calls.... Can you imagine what it would have been like if we were not on the Do Not Call lists? Some one should invent a means where the calls are automatically looped back to the caller to give them a taste of their own medicine ...(once we enter the repeat offender's number)
Repeated calls from this number.
