From what it says here, they are IC Medical. I know they do collect on medical bills owed. If it is IC Medical they should leave a message. Otherwise I know I won't call them back.

It is a company called IC Systems. They are the collections agency for IHC Intermountain Home Care. Utah's largest hospital and health insurance company (not for profit).

They are collections. They have all your info and will ask to verify all of it. Also all the info on the bill. They try and keep you on the phone for as long as they can to set up a payment plan/time to call back to make the payment.

I get a call from them at least once a day, sometimes more. They aren't on the line when I pick up. I see people say they are collectors but I have nothing in collections.

Its a collection agency based out of St. Paul, MN. They use shady as***** tactics.
