In my case this number was from the Direct Commerce Academy.  This is a boiler room outfit that upsells people who have made an initial inquiry, like I did. The number does not accept inbound calls and offers a recording that mentions "technical difficulties" which as everyone knows is a lie so as to avoid distractions to the high pressure salespeople who spend their day calling out.  When I call another number I have for this gang, I reach a person who "assists" with billing matters and has no way to call the other sales group.  Welcome to scam central!

If the FBI or some other comsumer protection agency could run this down that would be very helpful.

Me too! This is ridiculous! I've had repeatedly told them to stop calling me but they NEVER listen!!!Nor do they identify themselves. Reverse phone shows it's Qwest number from Utah yet I have never done any business with a Utah company!

This number keeps calling me. I have blocked it, but it still comes through.  No one on other end when I did answer.  Help! I'm sick of this!

I got a call here too.. missed it the first time.. they called back.. they were just confirming an order that I had made online. making sure it wasn't someone with my credit card info. running fraudulent charges.
