M&R has called my house anywhere from 3 to 6 times a day for the past two months or so.  When I try to tell the caller I'm not interested, they **** up on me.We're on the national do not call list as well, but it doesn't stop these *****s from calling, sometimes as late as 9:30om.  You know, I'm thinking of setting my computer up to dial THEM continuously...

My name is Hiram Chairez and I'm the Call Center Manager at M&R Data.  We are a Marketing Research Firm who specialize in quan***ative research via telephone surveys.  We have nothing to hide and if you are receiving calls from 801-701-9900 and would like to be put on our Do Not Call List please feel free to call me at extension 2204.  As far as Kevin is concerned, I've never spoken with him and have a slight su****ion that he's a disgruntled former employee.  I do my best to show the the utmost respect to respondents even when they are being irate and considering all of our call interactions are recorded, it wouldn't be hard for my superiors to look up my recent conversations to confirm the validity of such an accusation.  Furthermore, I don't call respondents as part of my job so I don't know how it would be possible for me to have spoken with "Kevin".  Thanks

I received a call from this company (Hyrum) was the person who phoned me. When i said not interested he became insulting. i'm calling the state BBB to make a complaint. yeah. i talked to them. they do surveys.its not illegal if you are even on the do not call list since they are doing research and not selling so****ing.easiest way to get them to stop calling is to ask them to put you on THEIR do not call list. so answer the phone and let 'em know. Otherwise they will keep calling you until they finish the project they are working on that has you on their list and you will be in their database the next time they have a similar project.

They call hourly and let it ring about 3 times and **** up. I want this stopped. I understand that it is a marketing company.

Okay - these folks have called : 3 times on Monday, 2 times on Sa****ay, 2 times Friday, 2 times Weds. They have called as early as 7.30 am & as late as 9.00pm. They must've called another 10 times before this. They are relentless & I'm on the federal do not call list.
