Supposedly customer service for Norton Lifelock to cancel the subscription I "renewed" for $451. You were told by email you had to call this number within 24 hours to cancel. When called, a man with some sort of accent said I needed to be in front of my computer to fill out a cancellation form. Scam, scam, scam.
