Got a call from this number on my cell phone. Did not answer & they did not leave a message. I am not a customer of Chase bank. Never have been. Will be blocking the number after reading the other posts.

Call constantly. We do not answer,they do not leave a message. If it WAS Chase, they would leave a message.

Said they were from chase and asked if I had been to a chase bank in a different location one I did use to go to and I said no,they said thanks and ***g up. This number has been comming up on my landline I D caller for several months. Plus I am having problems accessing my account on the phone so I am being careful

We've been getting calls from this number, a**** several others, for many months we make it a habit to never answer calls that are unkown, from out-of-state, etc. Just wanted to find out who these callers actually are so thank you to those who have left comments. Will s**** blocking these calls as do not call registry must not.

Said they were from chase and asked if I had been to a chase bank in the last7 days and I said no,they said thanks and ***g up.

I had gotten one call from this number last week and the woman greeted me with " This is so-and-so from Chase Bank, it's this Chris ______?" I said "speaking" and she ***g up. Got calls from the same number this weekend as well as another one today which is why I s****ed sear****g for who the owner of the number is. After finding this site and another one like it, I decided to call Chase using the number on the back of the debit card ending in 9935. Spoke with customer service and he put me on hold while looking up the number. He said that his records show that that number is not affiliated with Chase and that I should 1)block the number as well as 2)never give out personal information over the phone. I've flagged the number on my phone (thank you Google Voice) so that from on, it will go straight to voice mail. Odd thing is that I did set foot in a nearby Chase bank last week. It had been well over 7 months and out of the blue I got a call from "Chase" only a day after I made a deposit. If it is really them, I think it's lame that they're paying a lousy 3rd party group with no phone etiquette to call their own customers (we're their income.) I'm looking for a good credit union now. (This will be posted on the other site I found while sear****g for whose number this is)

This is NOT a Chase number! I just spoke with Chase, this number is not anywhere in their system and they don't call customers with surveys anyway. If you are a Chase Bank customer and they need to reach you, they will leave a message and they can prove who they are. My suggestion is to have the number blocked by your phone company -- that's my next call. Good luck!

They called me to. It was a legit caller from Chase Bank customer svc. Not a spammer folks. They needed to verify some transactions regarding my account. I'm glad they called. If they called you, you probably should call them back. It would of been nice though if they left a message, like that would of been professional.
